At present,China is in a special historical period when the strategy of Rural Revitalization and poverty alleviation meet each other.The area of deep national poverty is the most difficult "hard bone" to tackle poverty in our country,and it is the short board to build a well-off society in an all-round way.In the strategic intersection period of Rural Revitalization and poverty alleviation,the area of deep national poverty must use the logical relationship between the two to solve the problem of poverty.Y village in Dahua Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi is a typical deep poverty village inhabited by ethnic minorities.The high incidence of poverty is its deep external manifestation.The important reasons for poverty are the closed location,the bad ecological environment and the prevalence of poverty culture.Under the background of the strategic intersection period,find out the problems faced by the poverty governance of Y village,and explore the solution path according to the analysis of the problems,combine the goal requirements of Rural Revitalization with the key points of poverty alleviation,realize the mutual promotion and mutual progress of the two,so as to achieve the task of poverty alleviation and lay the foundation for the realization of the strategy of Rural Revitalization.This paper takes Y village in Dahua Yao Autonomous County of Guangxi as the research object,uses the theory of feasible ability and collaborative governance of Amartya Sen,based on the policy practice,historical practice and practical problems of poverty governance,adopts the method of literature analysis and interview,through field research and investigation,analyzes and summarizes the performance and causes of poverty in Y village,and combs out the "whole village promotion" Since the poverty alleviation,the practice course of Y village’s poverty governance,especially the poverty alleviation projects and achievements since the implementation of the targeted poverty alleviation policy;at the intersection of the Rural Revitalization Strategy and the poverty alleviation strategy,find out the problems that hinder y village’s poverty alleviation and realize the comprehensive poverty alleviation and the hidden reasons;finally,according to the problems existing in Y village’s poverty governance,propose to revitalize the countryside The goal of the strategy is to integrate into the historical task of poverty alleviation and ensure the path choice of the two to promote poverty governance in Y village.It can be seen that in the context of the Rural Revitalization Strategy,poverty alleviation is not only to achieve the basic goal of poverty alleviation on schedule,but also to improve the quality of poverty alleviation and the sustainability of the endogenous power of poverty alleviation while ensuring that poverty alleviation can reach a moderately prosperous society on schedule.At the same time,poverty alleviation does not mean the end of China’s poverty governance task.To achieve poverty alleviation in 2020 only means that China has eliminated the absolute poverty problem.The relative poverty problems such as the imbalance of urban and rural development and the imbalance of development between the East and the West still exist,and the historical task of achieving common prosperity still has a long way to go.Therefore,in the future,we should continue to solve the problem of poverty governance in China under the guidance of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
