The Research Of Accurate Poverty Alleviation For The Frontier Areas Straight Ethnic Group Of Yunnan

As a new measure of poverty alleviation implemented by the central government after the 18 th CPC National Congress,take targeted measures in poverty alleviation is not only conducive to accelerating the economic and social development of "the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups" in the border areas and realizing the goal of common prosperity as soon as possible,but also conducive to the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups in the border areas to use accurate methods to get rid of poverty and become rich.Under the background of targeted poverty alleviation policy,how to effectively promote the targeted poverty alleviation work of "the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups" in border areas,so as to achieve sustainable and stable poverty alleviation of "the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups" in border areas,which is of great significance to the sustainable and healthy economic and social development of the directly-entering-socialism ethnic nationality in border areas.Cangyuan Autonomous County,Lincang City,Yunnan Province is located in the southwest border of China.Among the nine directly-entering-socialism ethnic nationalities living in Yunnan Province,six directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups,including WA,Lahu,Bulang,Lisu,Jingpo and Deang,live in Cangyuan Autonomous County.By combing the experience of "the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups" targeted poverty alleviation in Cangyuan Autonomous County,studying the problem of targeted poverty alleviation of the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups in Cangyuan under the new situation and putting forward the corresponding counte rmeasures,we can obtain a systematic understanding of the experience of the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups targeted poverty alleviation in border areas.Based on the third party research perspective,this paper applies the theory of vicious spiral of poverty,government governance theory and Xi Jinping's targeted poverty alleviation thought,and adopts the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and questionnaire survey to conduct a case study of the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups in Cangyuan Wa Autonomous County.This paper analyzes the current situation and causes of the targeted poverty alleviation of the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups in the border areas,and summarizes the achievements of the targeted poverty alleviation of the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups in Cangyuan.This paper analyzes thegeneral and special problems of targeted poverty alleviation from the perspectives of the directly-entering-socialism ethnic poor population,poor villages and government,and evaluates the satisfaction of it on the effect of targeted poverty alleviation.In order to deal with the existing problems,the paper proposes that we should unswervingly implement the new development concept,take the construction of national sustainable development agenda innovation demonstration area as the driving force,promote Cangyuan as a frontier the directly-entering-socialism ethnic area,realize high-quality leapfrog economic development,more active service and integration into the national strategy,focus on promoting infrastructure construction with traffic as the main,consolidate the foundation of high-quality leapfrog development,improve the construction of targeted poverty alleviation mechanism,improve the "vitality" and "sustainability" of targeted poverty alleviation effect in border the directly-entering-socialism ethnic areas,give full play to the strength of village level and the masses to boost the targeted poverty alleviation of the directly-entering-socialism nationality,and fully stimulate the driving force of the ethnic group to extricate itself from poverty To provide a continuous source of power for the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups to really get rid of poverty,so as to improve the implementation effect of the targeted poverty alleviation policy of the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups in Cangyuan Wa Autonomous County,improve the production and living standards of tthe directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups in Cangyuan,and realize the goal of leapfrog development of production and life of the border the directly-entering-socialism ethnic groups.
