Research On The Management Optimization Of Voluntary Service Activities In Colleges And Universities Of Baoshan City

College students have high professional quality,strong sense of social responsibility,enthusiasm and activeness,and obvious advantages,which brings professional vitality to the cause of voluntary service.However,at present,the management of college students’ voluntary service activities in China is relatively extensive and subject to various factors,leading to some problems,which seriously affected the development of college students’ voluntary service activities.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the management of voluntary service activities in colleges and universities,and to explore a new mode of management optimization of voluntary service activities.The economic development level of Baoshan City in Yunnan Province is relatively backward,and there are many difficulties and problems in the management of voluntary service activities in colleges and universities.However,in recent years,with Baoshan City actively carrying out the construction of a civilized city,a sanitary city and the construction of "three cities",the development of voluntary service in Baoshan City presents a good momentum of vitality,which brings opportunities and challenges to the voluntary service in colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to actively explore the ways and methods for the management optimization of voluntary service activities in colleges and universities in Baoshan City,give full play to the advantages and specialties of college student volunteers,guide the voluntary service work in colleges and universities to professionalism,standardization,refinement and normalization,and promote its efficient and high-quality development.This thesis takes the management of voluntary service activities in two colleges and universities of Baoshan City as the research object,takes the voluntary service theory,the refined management theory,and the theory of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs as the cornerstone.Through literature review,investigation,comparative analysis and other methods,from the three levels of government management,the management of colleges and universities,volunteer organization management,this thesis summarizes the current situation,existing problems and reasons of the management of voluntary service activities in colleges and universities in Baoshan City.Based on the experience of "American universities model" and "Qingdao Technical College model",combined with the reality of Baoshan and the characteristics of the two colleges and universities,this thesis puts forward the thoughts and suggestions for optimizing the management ofvoluntary service activities in colleges and universities in Baoshan City,that is,the government should strengthen the guarantee,colleges and universities should increase the support,volunteer organizations should improve their own construction,and work together to optimize management to achieve precise voluntary service.Through this research,it is expected to make the extensive management of voluntary service activities in colleges and universities in Baoshan City more refined,guide the development of voluntary service activities in colleges and universities in Baoshan City to the direction of precision and specialization,so as to promote the better development of youth voluntary service in colleges and universities in Baoshan City.
