Study On Voluntary Service Management In Sucheng District Of Suqian City

Voluntary service is a kind of public service.It has many characteristics,including organization,public welfare,free and voluntary,etc.Today,as our economy continues to develop and international status continues to improve,more and more people are willing to join volunteerism and actively fulfill their social responsibilities and obligations.In order to protect,guide and exert people's enthusiasm for participating in volunteer services,and to maintain the vitality of volunteer services.The development of voluntary service must have a sound management system,reasonable and effective working mechanism and corresponding policy support to ensure.In his report to 19th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that we should promote the construction of integrity and institutionalization of volunteerism,and strengthening social responsibility awareness,rule awareness and dedication awareness.These are also new hopes and new requirements for the development of China's voluntary service industry today and into the future.Suqian,the latest prefecture-level city in Jiangsu Province,has made great progress in volunteer service in recent years.The structure of volunteer team has been optimized constantly,and the content of voluntary service has been vigoeously expanded.In 2017,Suqian won the crown of the national civilized city with the best results of the year and three years of comprehensive results.Voluntary service showed a new symbol of the city's civilized style,and Sucheng District,as the main urban area of Suqian,all kinds of volunteer service organizations have taken the "civilized high-speed train" and have achieved rapid development.With the improvement of voluntary service system,the function of voluntary service to support the construction of cities has also been continuously improved.The city of Sucheng District expands,innovates and excels in the areas,groups,time periods,and mechanisms for volunteering,and strives to create a volunteer service brand in professional fields and people's livelihood.Based on the theory of voluntary failure,the theory of third party governance and the theory of self-actualization demand,this paper defines the concept of volunteer service management...In this paper,we refer to the relevant literature and research results at home and abroad,learn from various advanced practices and successful experiences of voluntary service management at home and abroad,and take SuqianSucheng District as the research object.This paper makes a systematic research on the present situation and existing problems of voluntary service management,and finds out the problems and deficiencies..It also proposed measures and suggestions for building a scientific and perfect volunteer service organization management system and strengthening the construction of a volunteer service interactive platform,so as to better foster excellent volunteer service management operations and improve supporting management systems,and improve voluntary service management efficiency in the region.The paper is composed of five chapters.Chapter 1.The main topics of this paper background,research content,domestic and foreign research status,research significance and research ideas were combed and elaborated.Chapter 2.It mainly introduces and explains the concept of volunteer service management and related theories,which is used as the theoretical basis and basis of this paper.Chapter 3.This paper systematically analyzes the current situation of voluntary service management in Suqian Sucheng District,clarifies its characteristics and development trends,and summarizes the achievements of voluntary service management in Sucheng District in recent years,the shortcomings and reasons of voluntary service management measures.Chapter 4 fully draws on the successful experience and practice of volunteer service management in other regions at home and abroad,that is,scientific planning service management system,carrying out voluntary service activities in combination with its own characteristics,strengthening the construction of comprehensive intelligent platform and paying attention to the cultivation of professional talents.In Chapter 5,based on the previous four chapters,on the basis of several angles of view,this paper summarizes the effective strategy of continuously strengthening voluntary service management in Suqian Sucheng District,and puts forward some effective suggestions to build a scientific and perfect volunteer service organization management system and an enhanced interactive platform for volunteer service.And pointed out that we must pay attention to the cultivation of elite volunteer service management personnel,so as to make voluntary service management quality and efficiency constantly improve.
