| Volunteering is one of the indispensable ways to deal with and solve social problems.The participation of college students in volunteer service activities is also the main form of social subjects participating in social governance.As the number of college students who become volunteers in our country increases year by year,the cause of college students’ volunteer service has a new development situation.Enhancing the enthusiasm and initiative of college students to participate in volunteer service activities can to a certain extent speed up the development process of volunteer service in my country and promote the continuous progress of Chinese social spiritual civilization.Therefore,how to guide the volunteer group of college students to strengthen their motivation for volunteer service,maintain a high enthusiasm for participating in volunteer service activities,and improve the ability and level of college students’ volunteer service is one of the issues worthy of in-depth exploration of college students’ volunteer service.On the basis of the two-factor theory,this study uses the method of questionnaire and uses SPSS26.0 and AMOS26.0 as analysis tools to analyze the six motivations of college students’ participation in voluntary service in the questionnaire,and analyzes the differences of voluntary service motivation among college students’ volunteers from five demographic characteristics: gender,educational background,student cadre experience,political outlook and discipline category.And use the method of multiple regression analysis to explore the relevant factors that affect the motivation of college students to participate in voluntary service.It is concluded that the current problems of insufficient security demand and lack of incentive factors for college students’ participation in voluntary service need to be carried out from the aspects of activity management,organizational health care,financial guarantee,training incentive,organizational incentive,incentive incentive,etc.targeted guidance and strengthening of college students’ voluntary service motivation and then from the two aspects of ensuring participation motivation and stimulating participation enthusiasm.This paper puts forward the guiding strategies to improve the motivation of college students to participate in voluntary service.When participating in voluntary service activities,college student volunteer groups can fully mobilize their subjective initiative,actively participate in and complete voluntary service tasks,and carry out more orderly and long-term voluntary service activities.promote the related research and development of college students’ group voluntary service,and provide good voluntary service for the society. |
