With the support of national policies,the development of social economy,the improvement of living standards and the integration of cultural tourism,tourism consumption has shifted from traditional sightseeing tours and impression tours to deep leisure and experience tours of "leisure and quality" Transformation and upgrading,the tourism industry is facing a period of adjustment for the contradiction between the demand for quality tourism services and the structural structure of supply.Under the environment of rapid development of Internet information technology,the hidden and erupted negative online public opinion surrounding the transformation and upgrading of tourism is emerging one after another.The impact of online public opinion on the image of local tourism is becoming more and more obvious,and it has even become a crisis event affecting the public management of the government.This article adopts the methods of literature research,theoretical analysis,case analysis and chart analysis,based on the background and significance of Yuxi City’s tourism network public opinion management,combined with risk management theory,stakeholder theory,life cycle theory and other related theories Analyze and study the necessity of network public opinion management.At the same time,by combing and elaborating on the relevant public opinion cases of tourism networks in recent years,the problems existing in the cases are analyzed to study the characteristics,formation mechanism and influencing factors of public opinion in Yuxi City.According to the evolution rules of public opinion in Yuxi City’s tourism network at various stages,based on risk management theory,life cycle theory and other related theories,it analyzes the logical evolution relationship between risk,crisis and emergency,and combines personal work practice and experience to target At different stages of development of tourism network public opinion,a dynamic management mechanism of tourism network public opinion was established to transform the tourism network public opinion risk management strategy from government single responsibility to social collaborative governance,passive response after engagement to proactive prevention beforehand,and from emergency management focusing on sudden public opinion Realize the wholeprocess of risk,systematic and dynamic management.
