| The modernization of rural governance in ethnic minority areas is an important part of the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,as well as an important basis for the realization of rural revitalization strategy.It is of great significance for winning the battle against poverty in ethnic minority areas in 2020.Therefore,through literature analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,this paper conducts field research and analysis on Village A and takes the multi-subject collaborative mechanism of rural governance in ethnic areas as the research object.First of all,this paper summarizes the literature review on rural governance in ethnic minority areas at home and abroad,and Outlines the writing framework of this paper.Secondly,it defines the core concepts of this paper,analyzes the compatibility of theoretical application and rural governance in ethnic areas,and sorts out and analyzes the historical evolution of rural governance.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the general situation of Village A in ethnic minority areas and the current situation of multi-subject governance such as township government,village two committees and villagers.To further explore the dilemma of multi-subject collaborative mechanism operation of governance in village A in ethnic areas,and explore the reasons behind it through the analysis of the problems.Finally,through the comparative analysis of typical cases of domestic rural governance success and experience for reference,put forward to establish and improve the party committee under the leadership of the plural cooperative governance mechanism,perfecting the village two committees communication interactive mechanism,coordinate the relationship between the village two committees,standardize the village two committees,the exercise ofpower functions of clear boundaries,giving full play to the advantages of the management of multiple subject,make party committee leadership,government is responsible for multiple subject rural cooperative governance of community. |
