With the deepening of socialist construction,the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The main social contradictions have been transformed into the contradictions between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development,which are most prominent in the rural areas of China,especially in the ethnic minority areas.The proposal of the strategy of Rural Revitalization is a historic opportunity for rural development in ethnic areas.Rural practical talents are the main component of rural talents and the main force to promote the development of rural economy and society.The implementation of Rural Revitalization is the guarantee.How to break through the restriction of talent bottleneck in rural areas of ethnic minority areas,cultivate a high-quality rural practical talents team,provide talent support for Rural Revitalization,and become a difficulty faced by local governments in Ethnic Areas Question.In the context of rural revitalization,this paper takes Jianhe County,which is mainly composed of Miao and Dong ethnic groups,as an example,through on-the-spot investigation,statistics of relevant data on rural practical talents in various departments of Jianhe County,and comprehensively analyzes the current situation of rural practical talents in Jianhe county,construction difficulties and reasons,combined with domestic and foreign experience in the development of rural talents,put forward countermeasures and ideas for the construction of rural practical talents in ethnic areas.There are five parts in this paper: the first part describes the background,purpose and significance of the research,analyzes and combs the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad,establishes research methods and routes;the second part defines the concept of rural revitalization,the concept and classification of rural practical talents,and analyzes the relationship between the construction of rural practical talents in ethnic areas and the strategy of Rural Revitalization The third part is to analyze the current situation and structural characteristics of rural practical talents team in Jianhe County,summarize the measures taken and the results achieved in the construction of rural practical talents team in Jianhe County In the fifth part,on the basis of full combination of the previous research,the author puts forward the following suggestions: developing education,changing national concept,improving education and training mechanism,innovating development and training mode,and improving management system To enhance the service level of talents and to create a good development environment with the help of Rural Revitalization. |
