Research On The Construction Of Rural Practical Talents And Teams In Guyuan Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Rural practical talents play an important role in promoting the development of social economy and the adjustment of industrial structure,promoting the increase of agricultural production and farmers’income,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of rural industry.It is of great significance to train a new generation of practical rural talents in Guyuan to speed up the rural reconstruction and prevent the return to poverty in the region.In the context of rural revitalization,this paper takes the construction of Guyuan rural practical talents team as the theme to carry out a special research,using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interview,on the basis of summing up the relevant studies at home and abroad,based on the theories of human capital and motivation in public management,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of practical talents in Guyuan rural areas,puts forward the problems existing in the construction of practical talents in Guyuan rural areas at present,and makes in-depth analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the construction of rural practical talents in Guyuan,and attempts to explore and answer the problems existing in the construction of rural practical talents in the new era.Through the research,it is found that Guyuan has some problems in the construction of practical talents in rural areas,such as insufficient total amount,inadequate management and service,weak cultivation,not obvious function,and prominent structural contradictions.The main reasons for the problems are that the incentive system and mechanism are not perfect,the quality of team construction planning and human resource development is not high enough,and the assistance is not in place The evaluation mechanism is not perfect.The path to solve these problems includes improving the system and mechanism of rural practical talents,improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism of rural practical talents,establishing the concept of strengthening the construction of rural practical talents,increasing financial investment,and strengthening the ability of rural practical talents to adapt to the new situation and market competition.I hope this study can provide new ideas and methods for Guyuan rural practical talent team construction,constantly improve the scientific level of Guyuan talent team construction,and help Guyuan Rural Revitalization and development in the new era.
