Rural revitalization strategy is the key to solving the "three rural issues" in China,and is also one of the important strategic layouts proposed by the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.To implement the strategy of rural revitalization,rural talent revitalization is the foundation.Rural practical talents are an important component of rural talents,playing a role of "booster" and "leading goose" in promoting rural economic and social development.Therefore,exploring how to establish a team of practical rural talents with sufficient quantity and excellent quality is of great significance for driving the farmers to take a more solid road to prosperity and embark on the broad road of rural revitalization.In the context of rural revitalization,this study focuses on the construction of rural practical talent teams in X District of Z City.Relevant literature on the construction of rural practical talent teams at home and abroad is summarized to make the research content more convincing.Relevant concepts and theories related to the research content,such as human capital theory and incentive theory,were elaborated separately,laying a theoretical foundation for the research of the article.Based on the theoretical foundation and the development of rural practical talent team construction in X district,a questionnaire design was conducted.After reliability and validity tests,it was found that the reliability and structural validity of the questionnaire were good.Secondly,based on the validity of the questionnaire and sample data analysis,it was found that there are currently problems in X district,such as insufficient total number of practical talents in rural areas,unreasonable structure,low overall quality,lack of effectiveness in training,and insufficient incentive efforts.Combined with the current situation,the stratified regression analysis method was used to analyze the influencing factors of the construction of rural practical talent teams in X region.The results showed that the construction situation,training situation,and incentive mechanism of rural practical talent teams all had an impact on their construction overview,showing a strong positive impact relationship.Based on the influencing factors obtained,the causes of the current problems were deeply analyzed,such as difficulties in introducing practical talents in rural areas,inadequate training systems,imperfect evaluation mechanisms,and inadequate incentive mechanisms.To provide a basis for further optimizing the construction of rural practical talent teams.Finally,through the comprehensive consideration and analysis of the current problems and influencing factors,the thesis puts forward some suggestions on enriching the team of practical talents in rural areas,improving the training system of practical talents in rural areas,improving the evaluation and incentive mechanism of practical talents in rural areas,and optimizing the development of agriculture and rural areas.It is hoped that this study can provide practical strategies for the construction of rural practical talent team in X district,continuously expand the team of rural practical talent in X District,and provide a source of power for the cause of rural revitalization. |
