In recent years,with the acceleration of the new urbanization process,suburban villages have become a transitional product in the process of urbanization development.In order to further transform the construction of suburban villages,the Chinese government attaches great importance to the transformation of suburban villages,forming new suburban villages after transformation.Governments at all levels The management and development of new villages on the outskirts of the city has also begun to be given top priority.The effective supply of public goods in new villages in the suburbs is inseparable from the active participation of villagers.With the rapid development of new suburban villages,the importance of villagers’ participation in the supply of public goods has continued to increase.However,there are still many shackles in the supply of public goods in suburban new villages.Villagers’ ways of thinking in suburban new villages cannot quickly move closer to the city.Most of the public goods in suburban villages The supply of villagers’ participation is still in its infancy stage,which not only weakens the willingness of villagers to participate in the main force in the supply of public goods in suburban new villages,but also has an impact on the ability of villagers and the village committees to participate in the supply of public goods.The imperfections also hindered villagers’ participation to a certain extent.In the context of the country’s continuous emphasis on the governance of new suburban villages and rapid urbanization,it is of practical significance to study the issue of villagers’ participation in the supply of public goods in new suburban villages.This article first adopts a literature research method to sort out the core concepts and basic theories.Secondly,the article finds that Village N in Dongying City,under the special background of its new suburban village,has concluded a set of public goods supply through the questionnaire survey method and in-depth interview method.The unique management method can be analyzed as a case of public goods supply in the suburban new village.This article intends to start from the perspective of villagers’ participation willingness,participation ability,and participation channels in the supply of public goods in suburban new villages.Taking N village as a case,this paper analyzes the experience and disadvantages of villagers participating in the supply of public goods.Suggestions on supply efficiency measures.This paper’s research on villagers ’participation in the public goods supply of Village N in Dongying found that Village N has experience and problems in the public goods villagers’ willingness to participate,participation capacity and participation pathways.This article first introduces the basic experience of villagers participating in the N village public goods supply from the perspectives of participation willingness,participation ability,and participation path.;Villagers participate in learning activities and cultivate public awareness and participation awareness.The second is the basic experience of villagers in participating ability.Village democracy movements express interests and have the basic ability to express;villagers and villagers establish health service centers to improve their physical fitness.The third is the basic experience of villagers in participating channels.Establish a system for villagers to participate in agenda setting,which is open and clear;establish a platform for villagers to express their interests,which is diverse and convenient.Secondly,the article still analyzes the problems in Village N and analyzes its reasons from three aspects: willingness to participate,ability to participate,and ways to participate.One is the issue of villagers’ willingness to participate,and the lower willingness of workers to go out in N village is due to the village going out to work The personnel participation system is imperfect.Villagers in Village N have a low willingness to go out to visit other villages to learn because of the lack of awareness of “going out”.Villagers in Village N believe that government policies are less attractive to highly educated villagers to stay in the village due to the lack of government.Relevant policy measures for attracting highly educated talents in the village to stay in the village;Second,the issue of villagers ’participation ability.The information expressed by villagers’ interests in village N is not accurate and professional due to the villagers ’lack of ability to identify and extract key information.Village N is currently elite The scarcity of organization personnel is due to the serious problem of loss of elites in Village N.The current lack of leadership ability of Village N ’s leadership team is due to the lack of innovation awareness of Village N ’s leadership team.Because the simultaneous villagers report that the system is imperfect,and the village committee has been dealing with public goods supply problems for a long time,the reason is that the case summary system is imperfect,and the public goods suppliers rely too much on the government because of the lowutilization rate of other public goods suppliers.By analyzing the current situation of villagers participating in public goods supply in village N of suburban new villages in Dongying City,through their experiences and problems,we put forward measures to effectively improve the participation of villagers in public goods supply in suburban new villages in our country.This paper strengthens suburban new villages by guiding villagers ’willingness to participate Villagers ’participation capacity,perfecting the ways for villagers to participate
