Since the reform and opening up, china’s industrialization andurbanization continued to advance, there was a great developmentin the socio-economic and equality of life, living environment alsomade higher demands. However, China’s public service reform islagging and the supply of public goods can not meet people’spractical needs, which is especially reflected in the“villages”of thecity. Despite many urban villages located in the city, but for variousreasons, the supply of public goods in the villages is in a vacuum,which not only directly may affect the life of residents , but alsolead to a series of serious social problems ,such as becoming ahotbed for the crime , threat to the entire city. Therefore, rapidurbanization without neglecting the improvement of supply ofpublic goods in villages, is a problem worthy of study.Today, scholars in the study of the supply of public goods,would rather choose the ordinary urban communities or rural publicgoods as the object of study, few scholars to explore the villages ofpublic goods supply problem. In the passage, the village inGuiyang City is the object of study. Firstly, according to the supplytheory of public goods and effective supply model, based oncollecting information in the field research, the worker analyzedthe current situation of the villages of public goods supply andmain problems. Secondly, the passage are studied the strength andweaknesses of the government, the market and non-government asthe main body of the supply of public goods. Finally, it was toexplore the effective supply conditions and from.The major findings of this paper are: (1) the status of publicgoods supply in villages, the residents’dissatisfaction to the publicsecurity is 82.19%, sanitation and traffic buses more than 60%. Inthe demand for public goods , the public security also ranked first,reaching 71.91% and demand for buses up to 60.27%. Therefore,public security is the most important issue. (2) The absence of themain responsible person, inadequate investment and lack ofeffective evaluation mechanism, which leaded to the main problems of public goods supply in villages urban. (3) Because ofthe variety of public, single supply main may be difficult to forman effective supply. Accordingly, the public goods of villages urbanfor the effectiveness of supply depends mainly on the importanceof the district government and village committee, villagersautonomy and the power of a non-profit organization.
