| As a basic language skill,"reading" is particularly important in language learning.Therefore,reading teaching plays a vital role in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.In the early,middle and advanced stages of Chinese learning,the intermediate stage is a golden period for learning Chinese skills and improving Chinese ability.Through the study of primary Chinese knowledge and skills,students need to master more reading skills in the intermediate stage,constantly improve their reading speed and reading comprehension ability,and prepare for Chinese reading in the advanced stage.As the medium of teaching activities,teaching materials build a bridge between teachers and students,and it is also related to the effect of teaching and learning to a great extent.Without textbooks,the reading class cannot be carried out normally,so a good reading textbook can greatly stimulate students’ interest in learning and master learning skills.Therefore,the role of teaching materials in reading class is very important.As an indispensable part of teaching materials,the quality of exercises directly affects the teaching effect of reading as a foreign language and students’ language acquisition.Combined with the development status of intermediate reading textbooks for Chinese as a foreign language,this thesis takes Reading Like This and Step by Step Chinese Reading Intermediate as the research object,and discusses the practice design of intermediate reading textbooks through the statistical analysis of their practice design,in order to provide reference and reference for the compilation of reading textbooks for Chinese as a foreign language.The full thesis is mainly divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction,including the background and significance of the topic,the research status,the overview of teaching materials for reading Chinese as a foreign language,the selection of teaching materials and relevant explanations;The second part is the statistics and analysis of the number of practice questions in Reading Like This and Step by Step Chinese Reading Intermediate;The third part is to count and classify the exercise questions of the two sets of textbooks respectively;The fourth part is the statistical classification of the practice contents of the two sets of textbooks;The fifth part is the rationality analysis of textbooks practice and relevant thoughts and suggestions;The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research results of this paper and points out the problems to be further studied. |
