Practical teaching is one of the important teaching activities of secondary vocational education,and it is an extension of theoretical teaching.The successful implementation of practical teaching can not only improve the practical operation ability of secondary vocational students,but also contribute to the shaping of students’ professional quality.However,the current practical teaching situation of the secondary arts and crafts major is not optimistic,and the overall practical operation ability of the students is not high,which makes the comprehensive ability of the graduates of arts and crafts major unable to meet the dilemma of the industry’s talent demand.It can be seen that studying the situation of practical teaching of arts and crafts in secondary vocational schools,improving the quality of practical teaching,and realizing the “zero distance” of graduate employment and industry demand has become an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the above considerations,this paper uses the questionnaire surveys method and the interview method to take the teachers and students of the six secondary vocational schools in Fujian Province and the employees of related enterprises as the survey object.On this basis,the author expounds the current situation of the practice teaching of the arts and crafts in the secondary vocational school and finds that it exists.The main problems,and one by one,propose an optimization path to promote the development of practical teaching in the arts and crafts of secondary vocational schools.First of all,from the theoretical level,the research background,significance,current situation at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods are discussed.Secondly,the connotation,theoretical basis,characteristics and significance of practical teaching of arts and crafts in secondary vocational schools are sorted out.The status quo and the results of the survey systematically analyze the main problems of the practice teaching.Finally,based on the main problems of analysis,the corresponding optimization path is proposed,in order to provide useful reference for the optimization and development of practical teaching of arts and crafts in secondary vocational schools. |
