| With the emphasis of the state,society and parents on early childhood education,coupled with the official implementation of the two-child policy in 2016,the employment outlook for preschool education personnel is very optimistic.The needs of society bring employment opportunities to secondary preschool students,but they also face competition from college preschool talents.The problem of music curriculum setting is not only related to the comprehensive quality and employability of secondary school students,but also affects the aesthetic education of young children.This paper takes the secondary preschool music curriculum as the starting point and elaborates the optimization strategy of preschool music curriculum based on employment orientation.Specifically,it includes the following parts.Chapter One: Introduction.It mainly introduces the current situation of the music curriculum for secondary preschool education majors under the employment orientation,composes and summarizes the literature on the research related to the music curriculum for secondary preschool education majors,and determines the significance,content and framework of the research,design ideas and methods.Chapter Two: Theoretical basis for curriculum optimization.The theoretical basis needed for the optimization of the music curriculum under the employment orientation is analyzed as a cornerstone for the optimization of the music curriculum of secondary preschool education majors to ensure that the curriculum optimization is based on evidence.Chapter Three: Analysis of the musical quality needs of kindergarten teachers.This chapter is a realistic basis for curriculum optimization.In order to understand the current trends in the preschool market’s demand for teachers’ music quality,the three dimensions of knowledge,competence,and emotion were researched and analyzed.Chapter Four:Analysis of the current situation and problems of music courses.Firstly,the current status of the music curriculum of secondary preschool education majors was understood by interview method,and then the data collection and analysis of the music curriculum of three secondary preschool education majors in Hunan Province was conducted by questionnaire and observation method.The realistic gaps and shortcomings of the existing curriculum were identified according to the kindergarten’s musical knowledge,ability,and emotional needs for teachers.Chapter five: Optimization strategies of music curriculum for secondary preschool education majors.Based on the theory of employment-oriented vocational education and work process-oriented curriculum theory,as well as the music quality needs of kindergarten teachers,the problems and realistic gaps in the music curriculum of secondary preschool education majors are proposed to optimize the strategies.Finally,the conclusion and outlook of this study.The overall optimization scheme is summarized,deficiencies are pointed out,and future research is prospected. |
