The Public music education is a common college students comprehensive quality and improve the quality the important way and method of especially common literary arts development in colleges and universities of science technology is relatively weak,how to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of science and engineering students culture art accomplishment,promote efficiency of public art in the music course learning and curriculum engagement,cultivate comprehensive talents for national construction need,is our country ordinary university long-term efforts in the direction of the science technology from the perspective of five asked drucker 5different areas in henan province of full-time ordinary engineering colleges and universities as the research object,and examined the current public music education of the situation This paper analyzes the unbalance and weakness of the public music education,which is mainly manifested in the imperfection of the content structure of the public music education courses in colleges and universities.This study in the perspective of five asked drucker,target management and relevant management theory as the foundation,according to the assessment file as the standard,in henan province department of education has chosen five science&engineering universities in henan province as an example,the public music education present situation investigation analysis and interpretation of the university public music education construction difficulties faced by,based on asked drucker put forward five,from the public music education of the examined five levels of henan province institute of public colleges and universities music education resources construction;Finally,in view of the problems in the construction of public music education in science and technology colleges and universities mentioned above,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions based on the theory of management by objectives and other relevant principles,and proposes to implement the function of music education from five aspects,namely,clear mission implementation,emphasis on content optimization,evaluation and effective planning.To implement the teaching results of public music education;To strengthen the multicultural content of public music education;To construct the prevention mechanism of brain drain and strengthen the construction of teaching staff;The development path of the public music education under the guidance of the plan and other countermeasures help the public music education in science and engineering colleges out of the dilemma.
