In December 2019,the Education Department of Yunnan Province issued"opinions on further deepening the reform of the entrance examination system in high school",which clearly pointed out that spoken English should be included in the examination.It breaks the situation that English subjects only attach importance to students’written examination and ignore students’oral expression,and reflects the importance of government departments to school oral English teaching.At present,there are many problems in the traditional oral English teaching in junior high school,such as the limited time of oral English teaching in class,the inability to give one-to-one individualized guidance to students,the single teaching method,the lack of fun in students’oral English learning.In the aspect of oral English evaluation,it is difficult to achieve immediate feedback,which reduces the enthusiasm of students’oral English learning[5].With the development of mobile Internet and communication technology,mobile learning,as an extension of digital learning,has developed rapidly.Modern information technology is fully integrated and Applied to oral English teaching in junior high school.With its rich digital learning resources and the characteristics of convenience,interactivity and subjectivity,mobile learning improves the traditional methods of oral English teaching,and greatly optimizes the process and methods of oral English teaching.The study adopts the method of action research,using the combination of pre-class and after-class oral English practice,design based on mobile learning tools to improve oral English after class homework on the effectiveness of the scheme,will move Learning tools are used to assist junior high school students in oral English learning,test the effect of mobile learning tools to improve junior high school students’oral English ability in teaching practice,and try to break through the bottleneck of junior high school oral English teaching,to provide new ideas for frontline English teachers in oral English teaching,and to improve students’oral English expression ability.The research ideas of this study is mainly from the following aspects:first,through the literature research method,searching the literature of many academic databases at home and abroad and searching for reading related paper books in the library,classifying and analyzing the literature according to different research topics,research sections and research methods,understanding the current Application of mobile learning tools in oral English teaching at home and abroad,analyzing the problems existing in oral English teaching in junior high school,combing the theoretical methods of oral English teaching,determining the research methods of specific papers,to prepare for further teaching practice research.Then,by means of questionnaire and interview,the students in the experimental class were investigated about oral English learning and the understanding and Application of mobile learning tools,so as to understand the initial ability level of students’oral English,In order to carry out the follow-up education experiment research to prepare.Finally,by designing the homework plan based on mobile learning tools to improve the effectiveness of oral English after class,the practice of oral English teaching based on mobile learning tools is carried out in the way of action research.To investigate whether students’interest in oral English learning has improved,students’oral English ability has improved and so on.In this study,the oral English teaching practice based on mobile learning tools,through three rounds of action research,constantly improve the homework scheme based on mobile learning tools to improve oral English after class.The design of oral English homework based on mobile learning tools is feasible.In addition,the paper puts forward corresponding Application suggestions for front-line English teachers from aspects of the completion time of after-class oral English homework,the type of oral English homework,the evaluation of oral English homework and the selection of hardware carrying equipment of mobile learning tools.
