| At present,in China’s compulsory education,the entrance examination still does not include the oral English test,which leads to the current level of junior high school oral English teaching and its scale is still at the primary level.However,with the rapid development of the global economy and culture,good English listening,speaking,reading and writing skills have become an inevitable requirement for us to understand the world.The study of oral English has also attracted the attention of Chinese people.According to the survey,the level of oral English in China still needs to be further improved.Only by strengthening the awareness of the importance of oral English teaching and continuing to practice can eliminate so-called "dumb English" phenomenon.Practice has proved that traditional English teaching methods have major shortcomings in oral English teaching.And in order to achieve certain breakthroughs,we must adopt a combination of information technology and oral English teaching.With the continuous development of science and technology,the information age has arrived,and mobile learning has emerged.The survey finds that mobile learning has broken through the imprisonment of traditional English teaching to a certain extent and has a profound impact on the improvement of oral English in middle school students.Therefore,how to integrate mobile learning with spoken English and improve students’ oral English ability is the key to English teaching.Based on the characteristics of mobile learning and the current situation of oral English teaching in junior high school,this paper proposes the design process of junior middle school spoken English mobile learning based on ADDIE model taking WeChat platform as an example.The process includes pre-analysis,learning activity theme design,learning task design,learning environment design,learning resource design and learning activity evaluation.In addition,in the control experiment,the effectiveness of the teaching design proposed in this paper in real teaching practice is tested by comparing the improvement of the oral English scores of the two classes in the pre-test and post-test.Before the experiment began,theauthor first used the questionnaire survey method and the interview method to conduct a survey on the current situation of oral English teaching in the junior high school.Through the survey results,the current situation and disadvantages of the traditional oral English teaching activities were analyzed and summarized.Through the experimental research method,the eighth-grade students of the internship school were taken as an example to carry out the teaching experiment of junior middle school oral English mobile learning based on WeChat platform,and the experimental results were analyzed.The study found that the oral learning assisted by the WeChat platform is superior to the traditional oral teaching in terms of pronunciation,fluency and oral practice.Teachers can also teach students in accordance with the WeChat platform.This breakthrough progress proves that the new teaching method combining mobile learning and oral English teaching can greatly enhance students’ interest in learning English,improve their oral English ability,improve learning efficiency,and become popular. |
