Q Training Institution is a foreign language training institution focusing on small language training and overseas study consultation,which is Established in Wuhan,Hubei province in 2014.At present,it enjoys a good reputation in the minority language training industry in Wuhan.With the continuous expansion of the enterprise scale,the enterprise scale has an obvious expansion trend in recent years.In terms of social evaluation,Q Training Institution has been awarded the "Jiao Yu Bao" website word-of-mouth nomination award for three consecutive years.Optimization of Performance Evaluation Scheme for Teaching and Research Department of Q Training Institution.This study firstly analyzed the performance appraisal system of domestic language training industry and related studies of teaching and research personnel by using the literature research method.Based on the accumulation of literature analysis,combined with the actual situation of Q Training Institution,we designed the questionnaire and the interview outline with senior executives.The surveyed subjects covered from teachers of the teaching and research department to senior executives of the company,understood the current performance appraisal plan of the teaching and research department,and analyzed the problems existing in the travel restriction plan.The current examination system is too simple,emphasizing the company’s profits and working hours,ignoring the development of employees and the company’s incentive policies for employees,resulting in the inconsistence between the personal development of employees and the company’s development goals,and the increase in the turnover rate.Secondly,in the standard of employee assessment,there is a lack of assessment of personal quality and values,which leads to the disconnection between employee personal development and company development.In order to improve its competitiveness and stabilize its position in the industry,Q Training Institution conducts optimization research on the current performance appraisal plan of the teaching and research department in accordance with the KPI theory and the orientation of corporate values.Finally,based on Q Training Institution research department by the results of questionnaire and interview,this paper respectively from the scheme optimization recommendations,principles and measures to build process,evaluation system,the design of the design of key performance indicators,appraisal process,feedback the results using the several aspects to Q Training Institution the problems existing in the research department performance evaluation scheme optimization scheme is put forward.It is hoped to motivate the R&D department staff,enhance staff stability,improve work efficiency,so as to enhance the company’s competitive advantage,stable position in the industry.
