| With the continuous improvement of contemporary parents’ attention to children’s artistic quality,art education and training enterprises have experienced unprecedented competitive pressure while growing.Human resources are the core driving force of enterprise development.After eight years of development,Gansu Grand Theater Art Training Center(hereinafter referred to as "art training center")has been expanding.Meanwhile,due to the unscientific and unreasonable teacher performance evaluation scheme of art training center,teachers’ turnover rate remains high,teachers’ satisfaction with performance appraisal is low,and teachers’ team is unstable Therefore,it is an urgent problem for the art training center to optimize the current performance appraisal scheme of teachersBased on the above background,this paper takes the performance appraisal scheme of Gansu Grand Theater Art Training Center as the research object.On the premise of fully combing the relevant theories of performance appraisal,combining with the status Duo of teachers’ performance appraisal in art training center,through questionnaire and interview survey of teachers,sorting out and analyzing data,the paper finds out the current performance appraisal scheme for teachers in art training center There are some problems,such as incomplete process of performance appraisal,unreasonable setting of performance appraisal indicators,incomplete subject of performance appraisal,no feedback and communication of performance appraisal results and single application scope,and the causes of these problems are deeply explored.Using PDCA cycle theory,KPI method,360 degree evaluation method and weight factor judgment table method,the paper optimizes the original performance appraisal scheme from the aspects of performance appraisal process,performance appraisal index,performance appraisal subject and performance appraisal result feedback and application,and puts forward the organization personnel,system and document for the smooth implementation of performance appraisal of art trainingcenter teachers Four levels of safeguard measures. |
