| On the premise that the development of human resource management in enterprises or organizations is gradually standardized,how to build a set of scientific and reasonable performance appraisal system to ensure the efficiency of trainer performance appraisal has become the key research content of each enterprise.Especially in the context of the country’s“double reduction policy” in the field of education and training,great changes have taken place in the environment of training institutions.How to conduct effective performance appraisal of core employees such as trainers under the new situation has become a relationship training institution.An important issue for development and even survival.In general,for training schools,the teaching level of trainers directly determines the school running level and reputation of the training institution.However,at present,the performance evaluation of teachers in training institutions in China is still in the primary stage.The performance management mode of most training institutions mainly copy enterprises.However,due to the particularity of the identity of trainers,the evaluation objectives of their training institutions cannot be achieved.Therefore,building a set of performance appraisal system in line with the characteristics of teachers in training institutions is not only the need of trainer management,but also conducive to promoting the sustainable development of training institutions.This paper takes BLG English training institution as the main research object,and uses the case study method to investigate and study the development status of the English institution,the basic situation of trainers and the composition of the current teacher performance appraisal system.This paper points out the relevant problems existing in the performance appraisal process of BLG English training institution,analyzes the causes of the problems combined with the actual operation of the institution,and puts forward the optimization design scheme,implementation measures and guarantee measures of the teacher performance appraisal system of BLG English training institution.In the process of consulting and summarizing a large number of relevant literature and materials,it can be found that the school assessment is not a short-term project,but a long-term,systematic and complex project,which needs to be supported by a good management foundation,and the effect of performance assessment can be realized only when all staff participate while being highly valued by the enterprise management.Through the research on the performance appraisal of trainers in BLG English training institutions,this article enriches the relevant research content in the field of performance management in my country to a certain extent,and also provides a reference for other training institutions to further improve the performance appraisal system under the "double reduction policy".It is helpful to promote the improvement and perfection of the performance appraisal system of training institutions,and contribute to the long-term development of English training institutions. |
