Research On Contract Slips Of Qingshuijiang Documents

The Qingshuijiang Document is a genre-type handwritten document with great national characteristics and research value.However,the academia’s research on the linguistics of Qingshuijiang’s documents still lacks attention,and the study of contractual phrases is almost blank.The study of the contractual phrasing of the Qingshuijiang document is not only the most regular research direction in the Qingshuijiang document,but also an important entry point to reveal its textual characteristics.This article for the first time comprehensively analyzes the textual features,types of contractual phrases,and contractual terms in Qingshuijiang’s contract.First,this article summarizes the Qingshuijiang instrument,briefly explains the basic situation of the research materials,and clarifies the research goals and objects.Then it expounds the value of this research from the perspective of corpus itself,linguistics and even other disciplines,and summarizes the research methods with general laws.Then,from the front and the back,first study the textual characteristics of the Qingshuijiang document.From its complex and complicated vulgar characters,good at using dialects and spoken words,and the characteristic writing format and symbols,the textual characteristics of the Qingshuijiang document are three aspects.After conducting research,I have a holistic grasp.Then study the "intrinsic" of the contractual phrase of the Qingshuijiang document,straighten out the types of contractual phrases of the Qingshuijiang document,and rationalize the contractual phrases of the nature type,the contractions of the reason,the contractions of the willingness,the contractions of the scope The seven types of contractual idioms are delivery contractual idioms,bearer contractual idioms,and signature contracts.While sorting out these types of contractual phrases,combining specific examples reveals the characteristics of contractual phrases of different natures,and summarizes the overall language characteristics of contractual phrases in Qingshuijiang documents.On this basis,a number of new words and new meanings that were generated in the contractual phrase of the Qingshuijiang document were discovered,and their interpretations were described to describe their general appearance.Finally,relying on the special format of the idiom,the carpet searched for synonyms,revealing the phenomenon of synonymous clustering.
