| Research Purpose:The evaluation tool of nurse’s professional spirit based on Nightingale’s professional spirit concept framework has been developed,which conforms to China’s national conditions and can meet the standards of reliability,validity and differentiation.It can provide help and guidance for clinical nursing workers or educators to detect and improve the professional spirit realm or level of nursing staff.Research methods:1.Through literature research,sort out and analyze the current research status of nurses’ occupational spirit assessment tools(questionnaire or scale)at home and abroad.2.Research at the same time to build the nightingale prize winner,which is based on the framework of professionalism concept,narrative analysis,analysis of 83 nightingale prize winner the text of the story,and team members in the same period interview four nightingale prize winner of text information,establish a framework based on the concept of Florence Nightingale,professionalism of nurses professional psychological assessment tools entry pool.3.Formed the initial assessment questionnaire of Nightingale’s professional spirit through Delphi expert consultation.4.On the basis of small-scale pre-test,this paper evaluates the difficulty of answering the initial assessment questionnaire of Nightingale’s occupational spirit,and revises and improves it.5.The nightingale occupational Spirit assessment questionnaire was initially compiled to facilitate the selection of 388 clinical nurses who met the inclusion criteria for evaluation,and the critical ratio method,correlation coefficient method,Cronbach A coefficient method and factor analysis were used to analyze and screen the items.6.Internal consistency analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the reliability and validity of the Nightingale occupational Psychological assessment questionnaire.Results:The formal "Nightingale professional spirit assessment tool" consists of 4 dimensions(23)items,namely,respect life dimension(5 items),dedication dimension(8 items),loyalty to duty dimension(4 items),lead line extension dimension(6 items).The content validity index after Delphi letter consultation is 1.00,indicating that the content validity of the developed questionnaire is good.The internal consistency Klonbach A coefficient of the questionnaire was0.957,and the Klonbach A coefficient of each dimension was between 0.922 and 0.948.The cumulative contribution rate of the overall variance was 79.018 through exploratory factor analysis.Chi-square test ratio to degree of freedom(X2 / DF)=1.860,Tucker-Lewis(TLI)=0.943,comparative fitness index(CFI)=0.950,value added fitness index(IFI)=0.950 and mean square sum square root of progressive resists(RMSEA)=0.071.The fitting index basically reached the standard,and the model fitting degree was good,indicating that the questionnaire structure validity was good.Research Conclusions:Research preliminary formation has a good faith "nightingale professionalism questionnaire",the reliability and validity of the questionnaire will prepare for the clinical nursing educators and administrators to detect the nurse Florence Nightingale,level of professionalism to provide a certain scientific level and reliable assessment tool,at the same time to assess relevant education training effect provides a research tool. |
