Objectives:This study aims to explore the effect of the intervention on the health-related physical fitness of hidden obese college students by conducting 12 weeks of aerobic, resistance and yoga exercise in a college in Hangzhou, and to provide more effective exercise intervention methods in the field of obesity control,so as to guide the hidden obese population to exercise, improve their self-physical health, and provide a new solution to the problem of hidden obesity among college students. Methods:The paper selected 30 hidden obese college students in Hangzhou, who was around20~26 years old and haven’t been taking regular exercise in the past six months, with normal body mass index but excess body fat rate(male≥20%,female≥30%)and was divided into experimental group, each with 15,including 13 females and 2 males in the experimental group and 12 women,3 men in the control group. The experimental group conducted 12 weeks of aerobic, resistance and yoga training, and the control group received general physical exercise and diet education.During the intervention, all participants no longer participated in other forms of physical activity. The indicators of health-related physical fitness and subjective exercise experience scores were measured before and after intervention.SPSS22.0 and Excel were used to analyze data to explore the effects of aerobic, resistance and yoga training on the health-related physical fitness of implicit obese college students. Results:After 12-weeks of aerobic, resistance and yoga training, the changes of various indicators of health-related physical fitness of implicit obese college students were as follows:1.In body composition and body morphology indicators, there was a significant difference between the previous and post-tests of the experimental group in body weight, body fat rate, body mass index, body fat, skeletal muscle, waist and hip(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the body fat, body fat rate and waist-to-hip ratio of the experimental group improved significantly(Cohen’s d is 0.73 to 1.06,P<0.05).In control group, there was no significant difference between the previous and post-tests in weight, body fat rate, body fat index, body fat rate, waist and hip ratio(P>0.05),and there was a small decrease in skeletal muscle mass(P<0.05).2.In cardiopulmonary energy, there was a significant difference between the pretest and post-test of the experimental group in the step test index of the experimental group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the step test index of the experimental group improved significantly(Cohen’s d>0.8,P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the pre-and post-test of lung capacity in the control group(P>0.05),and the score of step test index showed a downward trend.3.In muscle strength and endurance, there was a significant difference between the pre-and post-sitting tests(P<0.05)in the experimental group, and the improvement in grip strength and sit-ups in the control group was not significant(P>0.05>)compared with the control group; There was no significant difference between grip strength, situp pre-test and post-test in the control group(P>0.05).4.In flexibility quality, there was a significant difference between the seat pre-and post-flexor tests in the experimental group(P<0.05),and the improvement in the seat pre-bending was significant compared with the control group(Cohen’s d=1.25,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the front and back measurements of the control group(P>0.05).5.In subjective exercise experience,in addition to "I feel positive" in positive wellbeing,"I feel exhausted" and "I feel depressed" in psychological distress,"I feel tired " in psychological fatigue, there was a significant difference between the pre-and posttest scores in the experimental group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, except "I feel positive" in positive well-being,"I feel exhausted" and "I feel depressed" in psychological distress,"I feel tired " in psychological fatigue, the other scores are significantly different in the experimental group(P<0.0>5).There was no significant difference between the pre-score and post-tests of the subjective exercise experience in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Aerobic,anti-impedance combined with yoga training has a positive effect on the body shape index and body composition index of hidden obese college students in Hangzhou. And the body fat, body fat rate and waist-to-hip ratio of the experimental group have all decreased after the intervention, indicating that this intervention method has a good effect on improving body composition and body shape.2.Aerobic,anti-impedance combined with yoga training intervention has a positive effect on the cardiopulmonary fitness of hidden obese college students in Hangzhou. And the experimental group step test index improved significantly after the intervention, indicating that this intervention method has a better effect on improving cardiopulmonary function.3.Aerobic,anti-impedance combined with yoga training intervention has no significant effect on muscle strength and endurance effect hidden obese college students in Hangzhou. The grip strength and sit-up did not significantly change in the experimental group. But skeletal of the experimental group muscle has an obvious increase before and after the intervention, indicating that this intervention has the effect of increasing muscle mass, but for the hand strength and abdominal strength of the effect is not significant, still need more time to verify.4.Aerobic,anti-impedance combined with yoga training has a positive effect on the flexible quality of hidden obese college students in Hangzhou. The pre-bending of the sitting body is significantly improved in the experimental group, indicating that this intervention has a better effect of improving flexibility.5.Aerobic,anti-resistance combination yoga training has a positive impact on subjective exercise experience of hidden obese college students in Hangzhou. It can significantly increase the exercise happiness, reduce psychological distress and psychological fatigue.Due to the increasing amount of exercise, fatigue improvement effect is not very significant, indicating that this intervention has a certain effect in improving the subjective exercise experience.Besides,we should pay attention to reduce fatigue in later stage of exercise to avoid affecting the enthusiasm of exercise.
