Objective: drug problem and drug addicts’ detoxification have always been a big problem both at home and abroad.To promote the physical health of drug addicts and help them delay or even reduce the pain of withdrawal period is the guarantee and premise to help them return to society.The compulsory drug addicts in male compulsory isolation centers generally have weak physique,low vital capacity and other symptoms.Aerobic exercise,as a worldwide recognized exercise with 53 years of history,is a relatively mature,safe,effective and feasible exercise.It has gradually become a place for drug treatment to improve the physique of compulsory isolation drug addicts,One of the good ways to promote health.Therefore,by comparing the physical differences of male compulsory isolation drug addicts before and after the intervention of aerobic exercise,this study explores the effect of aerobic exercise on promoting and improving the physical fitness of male compulsory isolation drug addicts,so as to provide reference for improving the physical fitness of drug addicts.Methods: by using the methods of literature,Delphi,questionnaire,test,experiment and mathematical statistics,60 male drug addicts in Guangxi sixth compulsory isolation and rehabilitation center were selected by stratified random sampling method,30 of them in the control group were given routine rehabilitation and exercise,and 30 in the experimental group were given aerobic exercise intervention.The average age,height and weight of 60 male drug addicts were 31.2 years old,164.6cm and 61.3kg respectively.Aerobic exercise intervention for12 weeks,three times a week,1 hour each time.The physical condition of male drug addicts in compulsory isolation was tested before and 12 weeks after the experiment.Results: after 12 weeks of aerobic exercise intervention,there were significant differences in resting heart rate and vital capacity between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.05).There were extremely significant differences in sitting and flexion,systolic blood pressure and step index between the experimental group and the control group(P < 0.01),and there were no significant differences in other indexes(P > 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Aerobic exercise can improve the flexibility of male strong abstainers.(2)Aerobic exercise can effectively improve the cardiopulmonary function of male strong abstainers.(3)Aerobic exercise is more sustainable for male abstinence workers to carry out physical exercise in the future.
