Clinical Study Of GuBiZhiTong Pill In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis (Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Syndrome)

Objective : To investigate the clinical efficacy of Gubi Zhitong Pill in the treatment of KOA(deficiency of liver and kidney syndrome).Methods : This study adopts randomized double-blind control clinical observation design method,selected from the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to December 2020 in our hospital outpatient treatment of patients,72 cases were observed.The diagnosis met the diagnostic criteria of KOA(liver and kidney deficiency syndrome).They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was given Gubi Zhitong Pill,and the control group was given Duhuo Jisheng Pill.Basic treatment : infrared treatment.The effective rate was analyzed by comparing the VAS score,WOMAC quantitative table and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment.Results :1.General information : Before treatment,through the two groups of patients with gender,age,course of disease,X-ray classification and lesion location data statistical analysis,the difference was not significant(P > 0.05),comparable.2.VAS score : After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.WOMAC quantitative scale score : The scores of pain,stiffness and daily living ability in the two groups were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.TCM syndrome score : two groups of patients scores were decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Efficiency analysis : experimental group : 0 cases were cured,17 cases markedly effective,10 cases effective,3 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of 90 %.Control group : 0 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33 %.The effective rates of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion :1.Gubi Zhitong Pills and Duhuo Jisheng Pills in the treatment of KOA can relieve knee pain symptoms,can improve the activity of knee joint.2.Compared with Duhuo Jisheng Pill,the total effective rate of Gubi Zhitong Pill in the treatment of KOA was 90.00 %.Has good clinical curative effect.
