Clinical Study Of Bushen Tongluo Decoction In Treatment Of Deficiency Of Liver And Kidney Of Gubi(knee Osteoarthritis)in China

Objective:To observe and test the clinical results of Bushen Tongluo decoction on Knee Osteoarthritis patients with deficiency of liver and kidney,and to evaluate its efficacy and safety.Methods:To collect 72 cases of Knee Osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney according to the standard,random divided into treatment group(Bushen Tongluo decoction),control group(Jinwu Gutong Capsule),each group of 36 people for 4 weeks,observe and record the TCM symptom quantification score,assessment of disease status before and after treatment(pain symptom VAS score,Womac osteoarthritis index score,knee osteoarthritis symptom score).From the objective point of view,the clinical trial and safety of Bushen Tongluo decoction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients with deficiency of liver and kidney are demonstrated.And the final data results are analyzed by software(SPSS21.0)for statistical analysis.Results:1.After treatment,the treatment group and the control group compared the curative effect of TCM syndrome.The total effective rate of Bushen Tongluo decoction in the observation group was 88.57%,and Jinwu Gutong Capsule in the control group was 80.00%.The statistical results of the two groups showed P<0.05,with significant difference.2.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P<0.05): total score of TCM syndrome;soreness and pain of knee joint,soreness of knee joint and waist,weakness,vertigo and tinnitus,tired symptom score,pain VAS score comparison;Womac osteoarthritis index score,Knee Osteoarthritis symptom score comparison.3.There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05): hands and feet hot,tidal fever and night sweat symptoms score comparison.4.Both groups had no adverse reactions,no significant difference,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:Use Bushen Tongluo decoction on Knee Osteoarthritis patients with deficiency of liver and kidney can reduce the severity of symptoms and signs,and can reduce the pain symptom VAS score,Womac osteoarthritis index score,knee osteoarthritis symptom score,TCM symptom quantification score.The overall efficacy of the treatment group is higher than the control group.Bushen Tongluo decoction has high clinical efficacy and safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
