Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis With Gubi Mixture And Warming Acupuncture

Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Gubi mixture and warm needle in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney,and to further test the practical clinical effectiveness of Gubi mixture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney.Methods :1.From December 2019 to December 2020,the outpatient and inpatients of surgery and acupuncture department of Yunnan Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital,Using a random grouping method,An average of the patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into 3 groups :1 A,of the control group B,group of 2 warm acupuncture treatment group 3 C.combined treatment group Each group included 30 patients,There were 90 patients.Treatment programme(1)The sex,age,duration of disease,grade of knee joint X,liver and kidney function were compared in all the cases included in the group before treatment.The data were not statistically different(P>0.05)and were comparable.There was no significant difference in WOMAC score,quality of life score of SF-36 health questionnaire,TCM syndrome score and VAS score(P>0.05)before treatment.(3)All groups were given health education and basic exercise therapy A group was given Gubi mixture orally,1 bottle(100 ml / bottle),2 times a day,30 minutes after breakfast and dinner,1 course every 10 days,3 days interval between each course,2 courses for 1 observation period.B group was treated with warm needle once a day,every 10 days as a course of treatment,each course of treatment interval of 3 days,2courses of treatment as an observation period.C group was treated with Gubi mixture combined with warm acupuncture,One session every 10 days,Three days between sessions,The 2 courses were 1 observation period.All three groups were pre-treated,In treatment(day 13),After treatment(day 26),the three time nodes were graded on the SF-36 health questionnaire,TCM symptom score,VAS score,osteoarthritis index score(WOMAC score)and liver and kidney function and other laboratory indicators were observed and compared.Results:VAS scores of each group decreased in varying degrees after treatment.After treatment(26 days of treatment),A effective rate was 80.0%,B effective rate was 83.3%,C effective rate was 93.3% in the group.The scores WOMAC TCM syndromes in the three groups decreased after treatment(P<0.01),SF-36 quality of life scores increased in varying degrees(P<0.01).ALT,of study subjects No significant change(P>)in AST、BUN、CR 0.05).Conclusion: The use of arthralgia agent and warm needle treatment for the liver and kidney deficiency knee osteoarthritis can achieve satisfactory clinical results.Warm needle therapy and bone bi agents have synergistic effect in improving pain therapy,and the clinical effect has a negative correlation with the course of disease.In terms of the improvement of knee function,the correction of patients ’ mental health and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,warm acupuncture treatment has an efficiency effect on the treatment of bone bi agent,and there are no safety risks.
