The Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Seborrheic Dermatitis(Syndrome Of Exuberant Heat In Lung And Stomach)by Yinqiao Xiaofeng Decoction

Objective:To investigate the clinical effectiveness of the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis(syndrome of exuberant heat in lung and stomach)by Yinqiao Xiaofeng Decoction.Methods:64 cases of seborrheic dermatitis patients were selected as the subjects,they were from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Guoyi Tang dermatology clinic and Heilongjiang Province Hospital(Xiangfang General Hospital)dermatology clinic,according to the order of registration,random divided into two groups:the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was given Yinqiao Xiaofeng Decoction oral,the control group given the Licorzine Granule orally.At 4 weeks as a course of treatment,symptom scores of two groups were observed and recorded in the treatment of 2 and 4 weeks respectively,and the SPSS21.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:1.After treatment for 2 weeks,the treatment group and the control group were compared with symptom scores of the respective groups before treatment,there were significant differences(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference between symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment for 4 weeks,the total effective rate was 96.88%in the treatment group and 71.88%in the control group.From the result,the significant difference was between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yinqiao Xiaofeng Decoction is an effective prescription for the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis(syndrome of exuberant heat in lung and siomach).2.Yinqiao Xiaofeng Decoction treatment of seborrheic dermatitis(syndrome of exuberant heat in lung and stomach)is better than the Licorzine Granule.
