Research purposes:To prepare the rhubarb licorice hair lotion, observe the clinical efficacy and safety of rhubarb licorice hair lotion for the treatment of head seborrheic dermatitis(damp heat syndrome),and lay a foundation for further development of safe and effective external preparations. Methods:This study enrolled 72 patients with head seborrheic dermatitis(damp heat syndrome)who met the inclusion criteria.A randomized, open, parallel trial protocol was used to divide 72 patients into 36 treatment groups and 36 patients.Example control group. The treatment group was given a topical lotion for the treatment of rhubarb licorice, and the ketoconazole lotion(Celebrate)was used as a control drug for 4 weeks of treatment and 8 weeks of follow-up.Observations were recorded at 0,2,4,8 and 12 weeks. At the visit node, the target lesion was photographed with a dermabrasion. The treatment of the plaque, seborrheic, and itching of the two groups was recorded. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated, and all adverse events and recurrences were recorded. Results:The total effective rate of the 34 patients in the treatment group was 88.2%after 1 month. The total effective rate was 64.7%after 34 months in the control group(p>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant. The plaques of the two groups were compared at week 0,2,and 4(p>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant. At 8 and 12 weeks, the difference was statistically significant. In the control group(p<0.05).The lipid leakage in the two groups was compared at the 0th week, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).At the 2nd week, the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The control group was superior to the treatment group. At weektime, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).At 8 and 12 weeks, the difference was statistically significant, and the treatment group was superior to the control group(p<0.05).The itchiness of the two groups was compared at 0,2,and 4 weeks, the difference was not statistically significant p>0.05).At 8 and 12 weeks, the difference was statistically sigraficant(p<0.05),The treatment group as better than the control group. The effi cacy of ecchymosis and pruritus in the two groups was evaluated, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).The effect of seborrheic effect was evaluated(p<0.05).The treatment pgrou was superior to the control group. The adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups weare compared, the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).Conclosion:Rhubarb licorice hair lotion can effectively improve the maculopapular rash, seborrheic and itching in patients with seborrheic dermatitis(damp heat syndrome),After 4 weeks of treatment,it is equivalent to ketoconazole lotion;rhubarb licorice is used The lotion is superior to the ketoconazole lotion in improving the head seboration;after expanding the sample size and prolonging the treatment time, the effectiveness of the lotion for rhubarb licorice may be lower than that of the ketoconazole lotion.
