| Objective:Malignant tumor,as a major disease,not only causes physical discomfort to patients,but also makes patients suffer great psychological pain,and the psychological pain related to malignant tumor seriously affects the quality of life and treatment compliance of patients.At present,there is no systematic and standardized management process of psychological pain in China’s medical system.Therefore,this study is conducted on the management and intervention of psychological pain in inpatients with malignant tumors,so as to provide a basis for the standardized management and intervention of psychological pain.Methods:Random Tai’an City cancer hospital on June 6,2018-December 2018 line of internal standard to a hospital during the period of 300 malignant tumor patients as the research object,according to the method of random Numbers were divided into control group,experimental group,150 cases,the first day after admission on two groups before intervention for psychological pain degree,psychological distress,incidence,hope level and quality of life index analysis.During hospitalization,the control group received routine management intervention,followed up and collected the above indicators two months after discharge.On the basis of routine management intervention,the experimental group conducted targeted management intervention according to the NCCN psychological pain management guidelines,followed up weekly after discharge,gave disease-related knowledge and health education guidance,and collected the above indicators two months later.Statistical software SPSS24.0 was used to analyze the changes of psychological distress,hope level and quality of life indicators in the two groups.Results:(1)Before intervention,there was no difference in the scores of psychological distress between the two groups(P > 0.05);after intervention,the scores of psychological distress in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the experimental foot was the most obvious(P < 0.05).(2)Before intervention,there was no difference in the scores of the detection rate of psychological distress between the two groups(P > 0.05);After intervention,the detection rate of psychological distress in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).(3)Before intervention,there was no difference in the scores of each index of hope level between the two groups(P > 0.05);after intervention,the scores of each index of hope level in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the experimental group was the most significant(P < 0.05).(4)Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life indicators between the two groups(P > 0.05);after intervention,the scores of quality of life indicators in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the experimental group was the most significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The detection rate of psychological distress in patients with malignant tumors is high and should be paid attention to.According to NCCN Guidelines for Psychological Pain Management,targeted interventions for patients are conducive to alleviating patients’ psychological pain,improving the level of hope and improving the quality of life.In view of this,a complete and feasible standardized psychological distress management guide should be constructed in health care system in China. |
