Objective To investigate the prevalence of psychological distress and analyze its impact factors among PLWHA(HIV/AIDS).Try to explore the influence of individualized psychological intervention on significant psychological distress in PLWHA.It can offer scientific basis to reduce the PLWHA' significant psychological distress, anxiety, depression and enhance their quality of life. Methods A total of 321 PLWHA were recruited, and a demographic information material,DT(Distress Thermometer),SWLS(Satisfaction With Life Scale),SAS(Self-Rating Anxiety Scale),SDS(Self-Rating Depression Scale)were used to probe PLWHA'psychological distress status.Try to analyze its impact factors among PLWHA according to the multiple linear regression analysis.PLWHA with significant psychological distress were divided intointervene group and non-intervene group by random. The patients in non-intervene group were given routine nursing care and the patients in intervene group were given individualized psychological intervened based on routine nursing care. The score of DT,SWLS,SAS,SDS of intervene group and non-intervene group were investigated at admission and discharge.Compared the differences between intervene group and non-intervene group. Results 1 The study of the status and influencing factor of psychosocial distress in PLWHA1.1 In the 321 PLWHA,2.18% PLWHA had no pain(DT=0).19.63% PLWHA had mind pain(DT =1-3).44.55% PLWHA had moderate pain(DT=4-6).24.30% PLWHA had severe pain(DT=7-9).9.34% PLWHA had extreme pain(DT=10).The average score of DT was 5.57±2.54,and 78.19% PLWHA had significant psychological distress among the 321 PLWHA.1.2 The incidence of impact factors in the PL(top ten)was worry(83.80%),economic issue(76.95%),the surrounding environment(70.09%),sadness(63.86%),depression(57.63%),nervous(56.07%),get along with children /the old man(53.89%),fear(53.27%),weary(50.47%),get along with family(48.29%).1.3 The average score of SWLS was 16.52±4.85,and the average score was low.1.4 The average score of SAS was 48.17±8.98,and 50.78% PLWHA got anxiety. The average score of SDS was 54.40±10.00,and 52.65% PLWHA got depression.1.5 The correlation analysis shows that the average score of DT was negatively correlated with the average score of SWLS,and the average score of DT was positively correlated with the average score of SAS,SDS.1.6 Univariate analysis showed that DT scores were influenced significantly by personal income, the degree of education, compliance, whether to tell family, medical payment, whether to tell family, the family care and AIDS cognition.1.7 Multiple linear regression analysis demonstrated that, personal income, the cognition on AIDS,whether to tell family, anxiety, and depression were impact factors of PLWHA' psychological distress.2 The study of individualized psychological intervention2.1 After individualized psychological intervention, the DT,SAS and SDS scroes of two groups were lower than before(P<0.05),and the SWLS score of two groups were higher than before(P<0.05).2.2 After individualized psychological intervention, the DT,SAS and SDS scroes of intervene group have been reduced obviously compared with that of the non-intervene group(P<0.05),and the SWLS scroe of intervene group have been improve obviously compared with that of the non-intervene group(P <0.05).Conclusions 1 PLWHA have widespread psychological distress.PLWHA had moderate pain and severe pain mainly. The incidence of significant psychological distress were higher.2 Most PLWHA have anxiety, depression, and the life quality of the PLWHA were in a low level.3 Personal income, the cognition on AIDS,whether to tell family, anxiety, and depression were impact factors of PLWHA' psychological distress.4 Individualized psychological intervention can reduce PLWHA' significant psychological distress,as well as anxiety and depression, and improve their life effectively.
