Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Local Application Of Jinhuang Ointment In The Treatment Of Diabetic Foot Of Damp-heat Toxin Type

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine ointment,the golden-yellow ointment,on diabetic foot with damp-heat toxin accumulation from the aspects of clinical curative effect and medication safety,and to provide reference ideas for the treatment of diabetic foot with local application of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected as clinical observation and were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group,control group)and 30 patients in each group.Two groups of patients were given foundation treatment,the treatment group on the basis of basic treatment of local external application of golden-yellow ointment,the control group on the basis of basic treatment of external application of local mixture,dressing once a day,after treatment for 2 weeks to evaluate the efficacy and safety.The total area of ulcer surface,the area of necrotic tissue and purulent fur,the area of red granular granulation on ulcer surface and the local pain of affected foot were observed before and after treatment in the two groups,and the therapeutic effect of the clinical observation test was evaluated.Results:There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease and Wagner grade of diabetic foot between the two groups(p>0.05).After the treatment,the total area of ulcer surface,necrotic tissue and purulent fur area,red granular granulation area of ulcer surface and local pain score of affected foot in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(p<0.05).The total area of ulcer surface,the area of necrotic tissue and purulent fur,the area of red granular granulation on ulcer surface and the local pain score of affected foot in the treatment group were significantly greater than those in the control group(p<0.05).The treatment effect ofthe treatment group was obviously superior to that of control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:Golden-yellow ointment can remove dampness and toxic materials,relieve swelling and pain,reduce necrotic tissue and purulent fur on ulcer surface of diabetic foot patients,promote granulation tissue formation,relieve local pain,and promote wound healing.Its curative effect is better than that of local mixed solution.
