Professor Yan Guangjun’s Study On The Law Of Medicine For Treating Epigastric Pain By Combining Cold And Heat

Objective:Data mining method was used to study the combination of cold and heat in the treatment of epigastric pain by tutor Professor Yan Guangjun from the perspectives of drug distribution,drug efficacy classification,compatibility law,high-frequency drug pairs,core prescriptions and other prescriptions,and to preliminarily reveal the combination of cold and heat.To summarize the characteristics of coldness and heat combined in the treatment of epigastric pain and the rule of prescription medication,providing reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of epigastric pain.Methods:In this study,medical records recorded in Professor Yan Guangjun’s medical record bank were searched with specific search terms.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the chills and fever cases diagnosed and prescribed by Professor Yan Guangjun during November 2016 to December 2021 were screened.The Excel template downloaded from gujin medical case cloud platform was used to establish a prescription database for epigastric pain,cold and fever,and input the information of 420 medical cases collected in accordance with the Format of the Excel template.After checking,the data was imported into gujin medical case cloud platform for data mining.Frequency statistics and association rule analysis were used to mine the collected data of epigastric pain and coldness and fever with prescriptions.Results:In this study,a total of 420 prescriptions and 122 Chinese herbs were used for the treatment of epigastric pain,with a total frequency of 5499 times.The distribution of four gases showed that among 122 drugs,warm drugs were the most frequently used,cold drugs were the second,cold drugs were the third,and heat drugs were the least.However,the sum of the use frequency of cold drugs and cold drugs accounted for 42.36%of the total frequency,and the sum of the use frequency of warm drugs and heat drugs accounted for 42.04%of the total frequency,and the distribution ratio of cold and heat drugs was close to 1:1.It shows that the tutor is cold and hot and reflects warmth and cold and hot homology;The five tastes were mainly bitter,spicy and sweet,among which bitter taste accounted for 37.6%of the total frequency,spicy medicine accounted for 24.42%of the total frequency,and sweet medicine accounted for 22.43%of the total frequency.Xin-zhu SAN,zhu Xing,has the function of divergence,qi,blood and so on;Sweet tonic tonic tonic tonic tonic tonic and analgesic,and can reconcile medicinal properties.Xin Kai bitter drop sweet tone,can pass the coke ruffians;The main channels were spleen,stomach,liver and lung.Drugs through spleen accounted for 67.34%of the total frequency,drugs through stomach accounted for 43.63%,drugs through liver accounted for 42.26%,drugs through lung accounted for 35.13%.The disease location of epigastric pain is in the stomach,which is on the surface of the spleen.The core pathogenesis of epigastric pain is qi mechanism blockage,imbalance of Yin and Yang,liver main catharsis,lung main qi,regulating the whole qi mechanism,so the drug is used to return to the liver and lung channels to help qi mechanism rise and fall to recover.Pharmacodynamic classification to qi drugs,heat clearing drugs,qi tonifying drugs,cough,phlegm relieving asthma,water infiltration drugs.The drugs with frequency≥100 were scutellaria baicalensis,Poria cocos,Fructus aurantii,Thunberg fritillary bulb,Copt is chinensis,Bupleurum,dandelion,radix paeoniae paeoniae,radix tuber,radix paeoniae paeoniae and salvia miltiorrhiza.The use frequency of warm drugs≥100 times was as follows:Tangerine peel,Cuttlebone,Perilla stem,rose,stirfried Atractylodes atractylodes with bran,Pinellia ternata,agalloch,Angelica,cardamom.A total of 42 pairs of cold and heat drug pairs were obtained by association rule analysis.Conclusion:① The distribution of coldness and heat in treatment of epigastric pain is balanced.The overall analysis of the drug properties shows that the drug is laboring,and the patients who go to the spleen and stomach meridian go directly to the disease site,while those who go to the liver and lung meridian go to the whole body qi mechanism.（2）the teacher treat fever weiwantong feature of compatibility of medicine to have:dried tangerine or orange peel-method fritillary,dried ginger,atractylodes rhizoma coptidis rhizoma coptidis,evodia rutaecarpa,radix paeoniae alba,cuttlefish bone-white and etc.③The combination of cold and heat is an important characteristic of tutor in the treatment of epigastric pain.Mentor application compatibility of fever in addition to heat WenHan,can also be used to treat and qi stagnation,phlegm wet condensation,damp and hot accumulate knot,qi deficiency,blood stasis block,such as disease,in addition to the temperature in the heat,still need to qi,eliminating phlegm to dehumidification,tonifying qi and activating blood,etc.,or think,of the clamp and treatment when cover,anyhow with flat for a period,this is known as generalized fever and implication.
