Data Mining Study On Medication Rule Of Professor Leng Yan In Treating Reflux Esophagitis

Objective:Based on the method of data mining,the clinical experience of Professor Leng Yan in the diagnosis and treatment of Reflux esophagitis(RE)was analyzed and summarized,including medication characteristics,compatibility rules and prescription rules.Methods: Collection of September 2020 to September 2022 during the visit to the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Liver and Spleen and Stomach Disease by Professor Leng Yan diagnosis and treatment of RE patients,according to diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to collect a total of 237 cases of medical records.The standard medical case information was used to establish a medical case database using Excel 2016,and the database review was carried out.After verifying and modifying the confirmation,the original data was standardized and corrected by the data mining analysis module in the ancient and modern medical case cloud platform.The descriptive statistical method was used to analyze the general situation of the standard medical case data,the frequency of single drug,the nature and flavor of the meridian,the efficacy of the drug,and the TCM syndromes.The data mining methods such as association rule analysis and cluster analysis were used to deeply analyze the high-frequency medication,drug pairs and prescription rules for the treatment of RE,and summarize the tutor ’s clinical medication experience in the treatment of RE.Results:(1)Overall situation : The study include 237 patients,with a male to female ratio of 1.15 : 1.The age of illness is mainly concentrated in the elderly over 40 years old;(2)Single drug : A total of 201 traditional Chinese medicines were involved in 237 prescriptions,with a total frequency of 3776 times.The top five drugs ranked in descending order were Coptis chinensis,Bupleurum chinense,Citrus aurantium,Paeonia lactiflora and Angelica sinensis.(3)The four qi are mainly cold,slightly cold,warm and flat;(4)Five flavors are mainly bitter,sweet and pungent;(5)meridian to the spleen,stomach,liver-based;(6)drug efficacy to heat and dampness,heat purging,purging fire detoxification,clearing heat and cooling blood,moistening intestines,tonifying qi;(7)Chinese medicine syndrome to liver and stomach heat syndrome,deficiency of inverse gas syndrome,spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome;(8)Association rule analysis : The top 3 drug pairs with the highest correlation degree were : Inulae Flos-Daizheshi,Gardenia jasminoides Ellis,Angelicae Sinensis Radix-Bupleuri Radix,Aurantii Fructus,Bupleurum Radix-Chuanxiong Rhizoma.(9)Cluster analysis : A total of 6 groups of commonly used prescriptions for the treatment of RE were obtained :(1)Daizheshi,Xuanfuhua,Zhishi,Huanglian;(2)Chuanxiong,Fructus Aurantii,Radix Bupleuri,Semen Persicae;(3)gypsum,anemarrhena,angelica,rehmannia,gardenia,Alisma,scutellaria,licorice;(4)Rhubarb,Magnolia;(5)Poria,Atractylodes,Codonopsis;(6)Ginger,jujube,white peony root,astragalus,cuttlebone.(10)Complex network analysis : The core Chinese medicine combinations for the treatment of RE were obtained : Rhizoma Coptidis,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Fructus Aurantii Immaturus,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Astragali,Radix Rehmanniae.The above seven drugs are attributed to the liver,spleen and stomach meridians,and the disease location is clear,which is consistent with the diagnosis and treatment of RE treated by cold division.Conclusion: After data mining and analysis,we summarize that Professor Leng Yan’s treatment of RE focuses on the liver,spleen and stomach in tune,and the bitter and pungent flavors are used,the cold and warm properties are adjusted.Follow the principle for therapeutic method of "liver should be cleared,spleen should be tonified and stomach should be reconciled".
