Based On Data Mining Analysis Of The Rule Of Prescription And Treatment Of Epigastric Pain By Professor Li Tingquan

Objective: Based on the data mining technology,this paper makes a statistical analysis on the case information of Professor Li Tingquan's treatment of epigastric pain,understands the basic information composition,observes the distribution law of symptoms and syndromes,statistics the frequency and taste of drug use,and grasps the main trend of drug use.At the same time,based on the characteristics of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment system,common clinical syndromes of Professor Li Tingquan were analyzed to obtain the prescription rules of each syndrome.In order to inherit the experience of famous artists and enrich the ideas of clinical evidence and scientific research,the author analyzes and sums up its ideas of differentiation and treatment,the law and characteristics of drug use.Methods: According to the standard of inclusion and exclusion,the basic information of Professor Li Tingquan's outpatient treatment of epigastric pain cases,the information of syndromes and prescriptions,the unified and standardized input into the "famous old Chinese medicine experience mining platform ",the formation of Professor Li Tingquan's treatment of epigastric pain medical case database system,and data mining.Using frequency statistics and association rules,combined with Professor Li Tingquan's clinical experience in the treatment of epigastric pain,descriptive statistics were made on the sex,age,symptoms,syndromes and frequency of drug use,classification,drug quality,drug taste and return to the meridian of the patients.Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation and treatment,the author further related the common prescriptions of treating epigastric pain.Results: In this study,Professor Li Tingquan was selected to treat 677 cases of epigastric pain.1.General status of 385 women,or about 57 per cent of cases;292 men,or about 43 per cent of cases.The age of the patients increased from 30 years of age,reaching a maximum of 50 to 60 years of age,accounting for 25 per cent.2.Symptom statistics: the patient's main complaint is epigastric pain,with hidden pain is more common,followed by flatulence;the related accompanyingsymptoms are dry mouth,bitter mouth,swallow acid,belching,cold and warm,loss of appetite,fatigue,emotional inducement and so on.3.Relationship of prescription syndrome:(1)Frequency analysis showed that spleen deficiency,liver and stomach disharmony syndrome accounted for 49.9% of the total;cold and heat syndrome accounted for 11.7% of the total cases;spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome accounted for 10.8% of the total cases;yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome accounted for 9.5% of the total cases;phlegm heat obstruction accounted for 5% of the total cases;cold coagulation qi stagnation syndrome accounted for 3.4% of the total cases;and liver and stomach stagnation and heat syndrome accounted for 3% of the total cases.(2)Based on the analysis of the association rules of the main syndromes,it is concluded that the main prescription of each syndrome type is: spleen deficiency,liver and stomach disharmony syndrome(Chaihu Guizhi decoction),cold and heat disorder syndrome(Banxia Xiexin decoction),spleen deficiency qi stagnation syndrome(Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction),liver and stomach stagnation heat syndrome(Sini San plus consistent Frying),Yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome(Dajianzhong decoction,Astragalus Jianzhong decoction),phlegm heat resistance syndrome(small depression chest and warm gallbladder soup),cold coagulation Qi stagnation syndrome(lily Wuyao decoction,Jinlingzi powder,lost Xiao San,Liangfu pills prescription)4.Medication rule: In the prescription used by Professor Li Tingquan,the main drugs used in the first 15 times of frequency are: licorice,Pinellia ternata,Scutellaria baicalensis,Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Fructus Aurantii,Guizhi,Curcuma,Hawthorn,Jiao Shenqu,Jiao Mai Bud,Ginseng,Dandelion,Coptis,Xiangfu,Gao Liangjiang.Among them,the proportion of warm drugs is 33.0%,the proportion of flat drugs is 31.2%,the proportion of cold drugs is 29.1%,the proportion of warm and flat drugs is more than half,the second is cold,which shows that the main drug is flat tonic,And cold and warm.Ganwei medicine accounted for 34.76%,bitter medicine accounted for 29.69%,Xinwei medicine accounted for 25.79%.The most proportion of drugs returned to the spleen meridian was 21.8%,the proportion of the lung meridian was 18.7%,and the proportion of the stomach meridian was 17.5%.Thedrug was concentrated in the spleen and stomach,involving the lung,liver,kidney and related viscera.The proportion of tonifying deficiency drugs is 32.5%,the proportion of clearing heat medicine is 14.8%,the proportion of regulating qi medicine is 11.9%,the three groups of drugs account for more than 50% of the total proportion,tonifying deficiency and more sweet and warm,clearing heat and more bitter cold,regulating qi Xin San,Conclusion: Professor Professor Li Tingquan believes that the occurrence of disease due to the imbalance of yin and yang qi and blood,through careful examination of the data of the four consultations,grasp the basic pathogenesis,correct syndrome differentiation,the use of drugs,drug,meridian and ups and downs can correct its pathological changes,restore the function of the viscera.Therefore,Professor Li Tingquan stressed that in the treatment of epigastric pain,when grasping the spleen deficiency as the basis,between the spleen and stomach to accept transport,rise and fall,dryness and dampness disorders of the basic pathogenesis,to "cause neutralization" as the method,medication more "flat supplement "," harmony ",make good use of the right medicine,prescription,and with the severity of the disease changes,rational choice of prescription,plus or minus with the disease.
