Curative Effect Observation Of Acupoint Catgut Embedding Therapy On Bronchial Asthma And Its Effect On Lung Function

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint catgut embedding therapy on bronchial asthma and its influence on lung function,and to compare the differences in curative effect between acupoint catgut embedding and acupuncture point acupuncture treatment of bronchial asthma to provide a scientific basis for clinical application.Methods: According to the inclusion criteria,60 patients with asthma were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The acupoint catgut embedding group included 30 cases as the treatment group and acupoint acupuncture group as 30 cases.The basic treatment was western medicine.When acute asthma attack occurred,both groups could use salmeterol pharmacotherapy powder inhalation.On this basis,ac upoint embedding and acupuncture acupuncture were applied to both groups.The second treatment was performed 20 days later,and the third treatment was performed 40 days later,for a total of 3 treatments.Mainly to observe the main symptoms of the classification scale,asthma control test questionnaire(ACT),pulmonary function(FEV1),compare the changes in the above indicators before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy of the different.Results: 1.Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of ac upoint catgut embedding treatment for bronchial asthma was significantly higher than that of acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.The classification of main symptom grading scales: There was no significant difference in the grading scales of the main symptoms be fore treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in the grading scale of the main symptoms before and after treatment in the acupoint catgut embedding group.P<0.05);After treatment,there was a significant difference in the classification of the main symptom grades between the acupoint group and the pre-treatment group(P<0.05);after treatment,the acupoint catgut embedding group and the acupoint acupuncture group were compared,and the main symptoms were graded.The qua ntitative tables were significantly different(P<0.05).3.ACT: There was no significant difference between the ACT group and the acupuncture group before treatment compared with the acupuncture group before treatment(P>0.05);ACT was significantly different between the catgut embedding group and the catgut embedding group before and after the treatment(P<0.05);Before and after treatment,the difference of ACT was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference in ACT between the catgut embedding group and the acupuncture group(P<0.05).4.Pulmonary function(FEV1): There was no significant difference between the pre-treatment FEV1 and acupoint acupuncture groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference in FEV1 between the catgut embedding group and the catgut embedding group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in FEV1 between the acupoint group and the acupuncture group before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the FEV1 between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Acupoint catgut embedding therapy can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of bronchial asthma patients,and can make bronchial asthma be well controlled;catgut embedding at acupoints and acupuncture at acupoints can improve lung function;acupoint catgut embedding is an effective treatment for bronchial asthma Methods.
