The Study Of Conglong Wendan Ointment Impact On EOS、IGE、Lung Function In Children’s Asthma

Objective:To Observe from Cong Long Wen Dan Ointment in children with asthma (the duration of chronic) and its impact on clinical control rate EOS. IgE, lung function.Method:60patients eligible children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30cases).Treatment group was treated with Cong Long Wen Dan Tang Ointment,the control group was treated with montelukast sodium chewable tablets.Treatment was2mouths.After a course of treatment,Asthmatic children were observed clinical control rate and EOS, IgE, lung function changes.Result:After2mouths of treatment,control rate of the treatment group was96.67%,control rate of the control group was80%,the control rate in treatment group was higher than the control group with a significant difference(P<0.05).Treatment group and the control group after treatment EOS counts have decreased,respectively, compared with before treatment there was a significant difference (P<0.05); After treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P <0.05).After treatment, serum IgE levels decreased, there was a significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05); in the control group no differences (P>0.05)..After treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Treatment and control groups in lung function before treatment was no difference (P>0.05), lung function in both groups reflect airway obstruction index function [PEF (L/min), FEV1(L), FEV1/FVC%] in no difference (P>0.05) after treatment. Lung function in both groups reflect obstruction of small airways function indicators [FEF25(%). FEF50(%). FEF75(%)] were rising after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05); treatment group and compared to the control group, a statistically significant (P<().05).After treatment, both groups showed no adverse reaction, and before treatment were60cases of children with blood, urine. Stool routine, liver function, kidney function. electrocardiogram were examined, showed no abnormality.After treatment,60cases of children with these indicators for review, no abnormality.Conclusion:1. The total control of asthma with Cong Long Wen Dan Ointment was96.67%, better than80.00%in the control group.2. Cong Long Wen Dan Ointment can reduce the EOS, IgE.3. Cong Long Wen Dan Ointment may improve lung function in children with asthma to reflect small airway obstruction index, reflected on lung function indicators airway obstruction.4. Cong Long Wen Dan Ointment is better security.
