Observation On The Curative Effect Of Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction In The Treatment Of Lung And Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Persistent Stage Of Asthma

Objective:Through clinical trials,this study evaluated the clinical efficacy and safety of Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction in the treatment of lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome of chronic persistent stage of asthma,and provided a theoretical basis for seeking reasonable,effective and standardized treatment methods.Methods:64 subjects lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome of chronic persistent stage of asthma who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group with 32 cases each.The control group was treated with budesonide/formoterol inhalation(Symbicort)to relieve asthma symptoms,inhaled 2 times in the morning and 2 times in the evening.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction for 8 weeks.Changes in the total score of TCM syndromes,Asthmacontroltest(ACT)score,immunoglobulin E(IgE),serum CD4~+,CD8~+,and CD4~+/CD8~+were observed.After the course of treatment,SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to evaluate the efficacy of TCM syndromes,and the indicators were statistically analyzed.Results:In the control group,1 case was eliminated because of failure to take prescribed medication.In the treatment group,2 case fell off and not finished treatment.Both the two group were treated with 30 cases.Through the treatment of 8 weeks,the results are as follows:1.In terms of general data(gender,age,course of disease,condition),there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);TCM syndrome score,ACT score,IgE,serum CD4~+,CD8~+,and CD4~+/CD8~+,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.3.The improvement degree of TCM syndrome total score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).4.The improvement degree of ACT score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).5.Before treatment,IgE positive and negative results were compared between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the level of IgE in the negative group after treatment compared with the control group.The level of IgE in the positive group was significantly lower than that in the Control Group(P<0.05).6.The decrease of CD4~+in treatment group was better than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),CD8~+level increased better than the control group,the difference has significant statistical significance(P<0.01)The decline of CD4~+/CD8~+was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).7.During the experiment,no significant abnormalities were found in vital signs,hematuria routine,liver and kidney functions,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators of the subjects in the two groups.Conclusion:Clinical trials have shown that Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction combined with western medicine can improve the effective rate of western medicine in the treatment of lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome of chronic persistent stage of asthma.Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction combined with western medicine group was superior to the western medicine group in the improvement of TCM syndrome total score and ACT score,indicating that Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms of asthma and has a definite effect.The improvement of IgE,serum CD4~+,CD8~+,and CD4~+/CD8~+in the combination of Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction and western medicine group was better than that in the western medicine group,indicating that Jiawei Liujunzi may have enhance and regulate the cellular immune function.This study shows that Jiawei Liujunzi Decoction is effective in the treatment of lung and Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome of chronic persistent stage of asthma with no obvious adverse reactions and good safety.It can be combined with western medicine to improve the efficacy of western medicine in the treatment of asthma and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
