Objectives:By comparing the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion and intermittent catheterization in the treatment of neurogenic bladder of kidney-yang deficiency type,we seek a better plan for the treatment of neurogenic bladder of kidney-yang deficiency type. Methods:A total of 60 patients with neurogenic bladder with kidney-yang deficiency were included in this study. They were randomly divided into a test group(acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion)and a control group(intermittent catheterization),30 cases in each group. Both groups were given oral micobao tablets as the basic treatment.Test group:each patient acupuncture points A and B respectively.Group A: Zhongji,Guanyuan,Qihai,Sanyinjiao, combined with thunderfire moxibustion Guanyuan and Qihai two points;Group B:Tiejiao,Bladder Shu,Shenshu,Qihaishu,Weizhong, together with thunderfire moxibustion Gate,Yaoyangguan two points.Acupuncture treatment was performed once a day for 30 minutes each time.Thunder-fire moxibustion treatment was 10 minutes per point.Continuous treatment was 6 days a week.Rest was 1 day.1 week was a course of treatment.A total of 4courses of treatment.Control group: Intermittent catheterization treatment was used, depending on the patient's bladder residual urine volume. The changes of TCM syndrome score, bladder residual urine volume, maximum urinary flow rate and life comfort score of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and statistically analyzed. The clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with thunder fire moxibustion in the treatment of neurogenic bladder of kidney yang deficiency type was evaluated.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in TCM syndrome score, residual bladder urine output, maximum urine flow rate and life comfort score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).2.Residual urinary volume of bladder: After treatment, the residual urinary volume of bladder in patients in the experimental group decreased significantly compared with before, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);while the residual urine volume in the control group did not decrease significantly, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);comparing the two groups, the improvement of residual urine volume in the test group was better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Maximum urinary flow rate: After treatment, the maximum urinary flow rate in the experimental group was improved compared with before, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);while the maximum urinary flow rate in the control group was not significantly improved, the difference was not statistically significant(P >0.05);comparing the two groups, the improvement of the maximum urinary flow rate in the test group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Life comfort score: After treatment, the life comfort score of the patients in the experimental group was significantly improved compared with that before treatment, and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05);while the control group's life comfort score was not significantly improved, and the difference was not statistically significant Significance(P>0.05).Compared with the two groups, the improvement degree of life comfort score in the test group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome scores: After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of patients in the experimental group decreased significantly compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);while the TCM syndrome scores of the control group did not decrease significantly, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared between the two groups, the improvement of TCM syndrome scores in the test group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The effective rate of the experimental group was86.2%,and the effective rate of the control group was 64.3%.The difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion can effectively improve the TCM syndrome score, residual bladder urine output, and maximum urinary flow rate of patients with kidney-yang deficiency neurogenic bladder, and can significantly improve the patient's life comfort score.2.The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with thunder-fire moxibustion on neurogenic bladder with kidney-yang deficiency is better than intermittent catheterization.
