Object:Research the influence of the early weight bearing exercise on fracture healing in fracture takes below-average stabilized by external fixations using digital measurement and control system to monitoring the micromovemengt of the fracture site.Study the relationship between“dynamic”and“static”in the fracture site.Searching a new efficient and effective method for fracture healing.Method:Between January 2011 and December 2013 treated 266 cases of fracture takes below-average patients.196 cases of male,female 70 cases;Aged 22 to 65,the median age was 77;Disease course from 1h to 13 d,the median time was 3d;110 cases of open fractures,closed fractures in 156 cases;There were 110 open fractures and 156 closed fractures.All patients with tibial fractures were unstable fractures.All patients were treated by external fixation,limb braking within 7 days after surgery,allowing ankle joint exercise only.Fracture digital measurement and control system was used to monitor the weight-bearing exercise on 8 days after surgery.Setting the micromovemengt scope of the fracture broken end was 0.1~2 mm.The examination of X-ray was taken to observe the healing at the 6th week after surgery and every 2 weeks.Result:The complete data were gained in 217 patients except 49 cases due to equipment failure or not timely follow-up,etc.There were 212 patients achieved clinical healing standard,6 weeks to heal in 23 cases,81 cases of 8 weeks,85 cases of 10 weeks,10 cases of 12 weeks,5 cases of 14 weeks,4 cases of 16 weeks,2 cases of 18 weeks,2 cases of22 weeks,5 cases of fracture non-union,those patients all recovered after reoperation.The daily activity of fracture healing time ?10 weeks compared group > 10 weeks at 2th week,3-4th week,5-6th week postoperatively,no statistical significance;The micromovemengt scope of the fracture broken end at 2th week postoperatively compared between these two groups was not statistically difference;Compared with the group which fracture healing time >10 weeks,the micromovemengt scope of the fracture broken end after operation at 3-4th week and 5-6th week were smaller respectively.Conclusion:Using the digital measurement and control system to monitor the micromovemengt of the fracture site about the early weight bearing exercise in fracture takes below-average stabilized by external fixations,can be precisely controlled the scope of the fracture site and assist healing of fracture.It provides a new approach for the physiological and autonomous micro motion of the fracture site impact fracture healing in the research and clinical application.
