| Objective: Based on the theory of meridian flow injection of traditional Chinese medicine,the intervention scheme of acupoint application of m Midminght-Noon Ebb Flow and branch method was formed.Through clinical research,the feasibility and effectiveness were verified to improve the dysfunction and pain of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis with deficiency of liver and kidney,to improve the quality of clinical nursing,and to provide some theoretical reference and practical basis for the rich connotation and clinical practice of TCM nursing.Methods:68 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis with deficiency of liver and kidney were divided into experimenta group and control group by computer random number method,34 cases in each group.In the experimental group,meridian flow injection was used for acupoint application,while in the control group,routine acupoint application was used.The patients in the two groups were compared with JOA low back pain score,RMDQ lumbar dysfunction score,FPS-R pain score and TCM symptom score before intervention,5 days and 10 days.Results:1.The scores of RMDQ dysfunction in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after 5 days of intervention(P<0.05).2.The FPS-R pain score was lower than that of control group after 5 days of intervention(P<0.05).3.After 10 days of intervention,the low back pain score JOA the test group was higher than that of the control group,and the RMDQ lumbar dysfunction score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.The scores of FPS-R pain in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after 10 days of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupoint application of Meridian Flow Injection Nazu is superior to conventional acupoint application in improving dysfunction,relieving pain and improving quality of life in patients with deficiency of liver and kidney2.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,following the rule of meridian qi and blood flow injection,using meridian flow injection Na Zhi method for liver and kidney deficiency type lumbar spinal canal stenosis patients with acupoint application,with tonifying liver and kidney,balance yin and yang,Tongluo pain relief effect,so as to achieve both symptoms and symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients.3.Acupoint application based on meridian fluid injection is simple,safe and economical and easy to popularize.Excavating and expanding the nursing technology of TCM can promote the inheritance and innovation of TCM nursing methods,and can provide reference experience for the enrichment of TCM nursing connotation. |
