Observation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Xuantong Fang In The Treatment Of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia With Stagnation Of Lung Qi Based On The Method Of Lifting The Pot And Uncovering The Cover

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xuantong Fang in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia of lung-qi depressionMethods The study subjects were selected from November 2019 to December 2020 in Yinchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Ningxia Medical University and hospitalized patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in the whole hospital and met the inclusion criteria.They were randomly divided into three groups,treatment group,Control group 1 and control group 2.The treatment group was treated with Xuantong Fang,the control group 1 was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride,and the control group 2 was treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with finasteride tablets.The treatment period for the observation of curative effect is two months.Results A total of 85 cases were enrolled in this study,and the study period was two months.35 patients in the treatment group were treated with Xuantong Fang,25 patients in the control group 1 were treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride,and 25 patients in the control group 2 were treated with tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with finasteride tablets.Before treatment,the three groups of cases had no statistical significance in terms of age,course of disease,and severity of illness(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group with Xuantongfang was better than the control group 1 tamsulosin hydrochloride group(P<0.05)in improving the patient’s IPSS score,and its curative effect was similar to that of the control group 2 with tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with finasteride Tablets are similar(P>0.05);in improving the QOL score of patients,the treatment group with Xuantong Fang is better than the control group 1 tamsulosin hydrochloride group(P<0.05),and its efficacy is similar to that of the control group 2 tamsulosin hydrochloride Xin combined with finasteride tablets are similar(P>0.05);in terms of improving maximum urine flow rate,bladder residual urine,and disease score reference table scores,the therapeutic effect of Xuantong Fang in the treatment group is better than that in the control group 1 tamsulosin hydrochloride group and control group 2 tamsulosin hydrochloride combined with finasteride tablets group(P<0.05);but in improving the size of prostate under color Doppler ultrasound,it has not been found that the treatment group has been treated with Xuantong Fang for two months,There are obvious changes(P>0.05);In terms of safety assessment,the treatment group using Xuantong Fang is safer,and its treatment efficiency can reach 88.6%(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuantong Fang in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia of fei qi yu bi type has a good clinical effect in improving the international prostate symptom score table,the quality of life score table,the maximum urine flow rate,the residual urine of the bladder and the scores of the disease score reference table.And higher security.
