A Clinical Observation Of GuSlii Fang On The Treatment Of Steroid-induced Avascular Necrosis Of Femoral Head In Early Stage

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of GuShi Fang on the treatment ofSteroid-induced Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head(SANFH) in early stage,explore thepathogenesis of SANFH，GuShi Fang’s action mechanism and safety.Method:60patients with SANFH of FicatⅠandⅡ stage were in the clinicalobservation. GuShi Fang was used in33cases as the treatment group,and27cases usedGukangjiaonang combined with Xianlinggubaojiaonang as the control group.Evaluate theclinical efficacy according to the related international indicators,and analyse the data.Result:The Clinical Observation shows that the curative effect of the treatment groupis better than the control group,especially in alleviating pain，improving the function of hipjoint and the X-ray performance.There are no differences between the two groups inmedication safety.Conclusion: The clinical efficacy of GuShi Fang on the treatment of SANFH isdefinite and secure,can improve the patients’ clinical symptoms.
