| Purpose:To observe and research the treatment of phlegm management of liver non-alcoholic fatty liver clinical efficacy and safety. So as to explore an economical, safe, effective and reliable, suitable empirical methods for the promotion of the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, mainly refers to the liver lipid metabolism disorders as a result of fatty degeneration of liver cells and fat piling up the clinicopathologic syndrome characterized. Currently modern medical treatment is in lack of effects of drug for this disease, therefore, it is of important theoretical significance and clinical value to reseach and select safe and effective treatment.Management of liver phlegm prescription is the experience source prescription of Shen Zhong Yuan, Professor of Hubei Chinese medicine hospital. According to the clinical observation of 20 patients, it confirmed that the prescription has a good clinical effect.Method: The 38 selected patients were from Hubei Province Chinese Medicine Hospital liver disease outpatient center, and they were in line with non-alcoholic fatty liver TCM diagnostic criteria and stagnation and spleen deficiency. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. There were 20 cases in treatment group and 18 patients in the control group. The treatment group afforded liver phlegm management prescription, each day for 300ml, take it in morning and evening, treatment for 3 months. Control group afforded the liver capsule (Shijiazhuang Dongfang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. production),5 pills each time,2 times a day,3 months to 1 course of treatment. Of treatment, symptoms, signs, liver function (ALT, AST,γ-GT), serumipids (TC, TG), B-color, reference according to "non-alcoholic fatty liver disease treatment guidelines" developed evaluation standard, clinical was markedly effective, ineffective, treatment groups were compared.Results:1. Clinical effects comparison of the two groups:treatment group response rate was 90%, control group was 72.2%, and clinical effects of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05).2. Comparison of two groups of clinical symptoms:After treatment, symptom scores compared to Chinese, there were significant differences (P<0.05); the treatment group compared before and after treatment, there was significant difference (P<0.05); the control group before and after treatment compared, there was significant difference (P<0.05).3. Comparison of two sets of liver function ALT, AST,γ-GT, control group ALT, AST, compared before and after treatment, treatment and control groups ALT, AST after treatment groups compared, P<0.01, there was a significant difference, and treatment Groupγ-GT and the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05).4. Comparison of two sets of blood lipids (TC, TG), after treatment, TC, TG changed significantly, than the control group, statistical analysis, there was a significant difference (P<0.01); there were significant differences between treatment group and control group before and after treatment. (P<0.05).5. Safety Testing: After treatment, toxic side effects safety testing of serum, the two groups was found after the course of treatment and side effects adverse reactions.Conclusion:The results show that:management of hepatic phlegm side has a better effect for non-alcoholic fatty liver. It can alleviate the symptoms of liver phlegm and restore liver function, lower serum cholesterol and triglycerides, reduce the severity of fatty liver, slow disease progression, and enhance quality of life. Its curative effect is accurate and reliable, safe performance, and non-toxic side effects. |
