Objective: observing the clinical efficacy of Tang Wen Kang FANG in the treatment of type 2 diabetes and its effect on C-reactive Protein, and providing clinical basis for the development of Tang Wen Kang FANG.Methods: 120 patients with type 2 diabetes who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Patients in the control group were given Merformin Hydrochloride Tablets on the basis of diabetic diet and exercise control, one tablet(0.5 g),twice a day.on the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given Tang Wen Kang FANG,water blunt, twice a day, warm after meals, one week for one course of treatment, and two groups were treated for four courses.Observation indexes: FPG,2 h PG,FINS,2 h FINS,FC-P,2 h C-P,CRP,HOMA-IR,TCM syndrome score and safety index. After the observation, the changes of the clinical observation indexes before and after the treatment and the comparison between the two groups after the treatment were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 software. Results 1.Comparison of blood glucose related indexes(FPG and 2 h PG): The differences of FPG and 2 h PG before and after treatment in the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.001),and FPG and 2 h PG in the two groups were decreased after treatment compared with the treatment before. The difference of FPG and 2 h PG between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the reduction of FPG and 2 h PG in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group.2.Comparison of FINS,2 h INS,FC-P,2 h C-P: The treatment group before and after treatment in patients with FINS,2 h INS comparative differences are statistically significant(P < 0.05),and after treatment in patients with FINS,2 h INS are reduced, the control FINS,2 h INS comparative differences before and after the treatment has no statistical significance(P > 0.05),two groups of patients before and after treatment the FC-P,2 h C-P,comparative differences are statistically significant(P < 0.05),and two groups after treatment in patients with FC-P,2 h C-P,were higher; The difference of FC-P and 2 h C-P between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the increase of FC-P and 2 h C-P in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group.3.Comparison of CRP: After treatment,CRP in the treatment group was lower than before treatment(P < 0.001);There was no significant difference in CRP between the control group before and after treatment(P > 0.05).4.Comparison of HOMA-IR: the HOMA-IR of the treatment group was slightly lower after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.001);Comparison of HOMA-IR before and after treatment in the control group showed no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).5.Comparison of TCM syndrome points: The difference of TCM syndrome points between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.001),and the scores of TCM syndrome points in the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment; The difference of TCM syndrome points between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the reduction of TCM syndrome points in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group.6.Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes: After treatment, the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 91.6 %,and that in the control group was 73.3 %.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).7.Comparison of comprehensive efficacy: After treatment, the total efficacy of the treatment group was 91.7 %,and the control group was 71.6 %.The effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05).8.No obvious adverse reactions were observed during the treatment, and the clinical application was safe and reliable. Conclusions 1.Tang Wen Kang FANG can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of type 2 diabetes;2.Tang Wen Kang FANG can reduce the blood glucose of diabetic patients and improve the values of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glucagon,c-reactive protein and insulin resistance index.3.No adverse reactions were found in the clinical study of Tang Wen Kang FANG,and its clinical application was safe and reliable;...
