| Objective Studying the feasibility and effecting evaluation of magnetic compression anastomosis(MCA)in the treatment of ureteral stricture,and exploring the physical parameters of MCA device suitable for ureteral anastomosis in rabbits.Methods Ten adult rabbits were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group underwent left ureteral magnetic compression anastomosis,while the control group underwent left traditional ureteral anastomosis.The operation time was recorded.The hydronephrosis was evaluated by color Doppler ultrasound,the position of magnet was observed by abdominal X-ray,and the histological changes were observed by HE staining and Masson staining.The operation difficulty and therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared,the MCA device suitable for rabbit ureter was prepared and its related physical parameters were determined.Results(1)Cylindrical magnet(2200gs)can be recanalized and shed in 14-19 days,with an average time of 16.80±1.92 days.(2)The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P < 0.01).(3)There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications(urinary fistula,hydronephrosis)between the two groups.(4)The anastomoses were unobstructed in both groups.The histological changes of the two groups were similar,and the structure of the ureteral wall at the anastomotic site basically existed;(5)There was no significant difference in the neutrophil count between the two groups(P > 0.05);the lymphocyte count in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group(P < 0.05);(6)There was no significant difference in the microvessel density(MVD)between the two groups(P > 0.05);(7)The scar hyperplasia index of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).(8)The proliferation of collagen fibers in the experimental group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the arrangement of collagen fibers in the control group was disordered.Conclusion Magnetic compression anastomosis can achieve ureteral recanalization in rabbits,and it’s effect is not lower than that of traditional operation group,but it can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce inflammatory infiltration and scar hyperplasia. |
