| Objective: Evaluate a new nitinol compression anastomosis clip (CAC) thesafety and efficacy of the ileocolonic anastomosis. Methods: August2007to December2011182cases of gastrointestinalsurgery right colon cancer patients and their surgery in the back-colonicanastomosis using CAC as the research group (CAC group), from January2005to July2007157cases of rightsemi colon cancer patients, their surgery back-colonic anastomosis of tubular metal nail stapler as the control group (tubularmetal nail stapler group).0bserve whether the occurrence of intestinalanastomosis-related complications, incision of postoperative intestinal recoveryexhaust time, eating time, and the CAC discharge time. Results: The two groups were no anastomotic leakage, anastomotic stricturecomplications, postoperative intestinal exhaust time, eating time between the twogroups showed no significant difference (P>0.05); the CAC group nointraoperative anastomoticbleeding, tubular metal nail stapler group of sevencases, the CAC group, four cases of surgical wound infection, tubular metal nailstapler group of15cases, the CAC group anastomotic mucosal smooth tubularmetal nail stapler group17cases of anastomotic inflammation, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); compression anastomosis of the CAC groupfolders are excreted after7-16d.Conclusion: Application CAC ileocolonic anastomosis safe, effective, efficient operation, anastomotic smooth and reduce the risk of surgical woundinfection, it is worth to further promote. |
