Analysis Of The Current Situation Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Benign Ureterostenosis

Benign ureterostenosis is a common disease in the department of urology.Some patients with benign ureteral stricture combined with upper urinary tract infection,even renal empyema,renal dysfunction,renal nonfunction,aggravating the degree of pain and increasing the difficulty of treatment.With the development of diagnostic technology,more and more patients have been diagnosed as ureteral stenosis.How to treat benign ureterostenosis is a problem for every department of urologist.There are various methods for the treatment of benign ureterostenosis.The main treatment methods are cavity mini-invasive therapy,ureteroplasty,combination of the cavity mini-invasive therapy and ureteroplasty,and so on.In recent years,the cavity mini-invasive therapy of ureterostenosis has been reported more and more.It is commonly divided into intracavitary dilatation and intracavitary incision,and a new minimally invasive treatment of ureteral stenosis,namely,"sandwich" method through balloon dilatation,internal incision and balloon dilatation.The ureteroplasty is mainly done by ureteral reconstruction to maintain the integrity of the ureter and ensure the excretion of urine,thereby relieving the obstruction caused by stenosis.The cavity mini-invasive therapy combined with ureteroplasty for precise ureteral stricture is also effective for ureteral stricture,with an effective rate of 100%.A good treatment of high effective rate is the common goal of doctors and patients.Therefore,this article reviews the current diagnosis and treatment of benign ureterostenosis.
