Clinical Effect Of Electroacupuncture On Menstrual Headache Of Blood Stasis Block Type

Object:To observe the remission of headache and the improvement of Tradition Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndromes by using electroacupuncture in the treatment of menstrual headache of blood stasis block type,and to statistically analyze its curative effect,in order to furnish some reference for clinical therapy of this disease.Method:This study selected 64 patients with menstrual headache of blood stasis block type,they are segmented into treatment group and control group,32 cases in each group.The treatment group receive treatment through electroacupuncture,and the control group through simple acupuncture.After three menstrual cycles,both groups will receive follow-up visit in the next menstrual cycle.Through observing the advance of headache symptoms,the recede of intensity and the improvement of TCM Syndromes of the two groups to evaluate efficacy.Results:1.By comparing the two groups of headache curative effect,in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 93.33%.However,in the control group was 76.67%.After statistical analysis,p<0.05,indicating that using electro acupuncture in the treatment of menstrual headache of blood stasis block type is more effective.2.By comparing the two groups of TCM syndrome curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and that of the control group was 63.33%.After statistical analysis,p<0.05,indicating that electro acupuncture has more advantages in improving TCM Syndromes of menstrual headache of blood stasis block type.3.The recurrence rate of the treatment group was 7.69%,and that of the control group was 42.11%.After statistical analysis,p<0.05,it explains that the long-term curative effect of the treatment group was better.Conclusion:1.Electro acupuncture can relieve the headache symptoms,reduce the intensity,frequency and duration of headache,and relieve the accompanying symptoms.2.Electroacupuncture can effectively relieve TCM syndrome of patients with menstrual headache of blood stasis block type.3.Electro acupuncture is effective in treating menstrual headache of blood stasis block type with obvious long-term effect,which provides a new method for clinical treatment of menstrual headache.
